  “Three Wise Monkeys is one of those places that is always full of life. The atmosphere is lively, energetic and welcoming, and even when it is absolutely packed, the staff are still consistently friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely. That makes such a difference, especially in a venue that is nearly always busy. One of the biggest bonuses for me is that they offer gluten-free beer, which is surprisingly difficult to find in many bars and pubs. It is brilliant to be able to enjoy the atmosphere without feeling limited by the drinks menu. Great energy, excellent service and a really fun place to spend an evening. Definitely worth visiting.”

  “Wow, what a find! I was visiting Colchester whilst on a business trip and stopped at the Three Wise Monkeys to check it out. I liked it so much I went back again the next day 😋 This centrally located Colchester Tap House has a really cool vibe offering some cracking craft beers in classy setting. All of the of the staff were attentive to my needs and knowledgeable too, offering me some great recommendations on food and drink, but a special shoutout to Vasi, he was the wisest money of them all and what a little cutie he is 😘 On both occasions I had food and drink, and on both times it did not disappoint 👌 A tasty smokehouse style menu with something to suit every taste and all delicious too 😋 I’ve yet to try their cocktail bar but I had a glance at the menu and will be keen to try a few of those on my next visit🍹 The Three Wise Monkeys is a great place to eat and drink in Colchester, the live DJ on a Friday evening stopover was a nice touch, it made me want to go and get dressed up and party with friends late into the night 🙌 l’ve heard from the friendly staff there that they often host music events on site too. From DJs to live bands and local singers, this pub really has a lot going on so I’m definitely coming back for more soon, it’s an asset to Colchester 👏 Open one in Brighton soon please 🤞 🙏🏽”

  “Had the best time at Three Wise Monkeys for bottomless brunch yesterday! From start to finish, everything was spot on. The service was fantastic – really attentive without being over the top, and they kept the drinks flowing perfectly. The food was absolutely delicious, with great portions and loads of flavour. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving, not just the drinks. And speaking of drinks… let’s just say they did not disappoint 😅 We all left very merry – some of us in slightly worse states than others! Such a brilliant day overall – great atmosphere, great staff, great food and drink. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back!”
