  “The food was unreal and the service from Grace was really good! We also had the rum punch and that was really nice too. We had a variety of the mains and the jerk chicken and goat curry were our favourite two!”

  “Lovely place to eat in Chorlton. Food was amazing and full of flavour. Service was great, Staff were really pleasant. Will recommend to others. Gluten free options too and portions were so large we took loads home too!!”

  “It was my first time visiting yesterday and walked in. The service was 10/10 from the start. We were able to order drinks immediately while we waited for our food and was served initially by the owner and then at our table by the manager Syed. The food was incredible! I will definitely be recommending to my friends and I will be back!”

  “Had an amazing experience here yesterday, it was a Sunday so all 3 of us went with the Sunday roast. The food was cooked and presented perfectly and was absolutely delicious. It was so good that my friends that were visiting from London also got a curry goat to take back with them! Syed was very attentive and made sure we were okay - amazing service! Will definitely be back.”

  “It was my first time trying this restaurant, and I had a really great experience. I went there with my friends, and the manager, Syed, was very welcoming and hospitable. He suggested some good dishes for us to try and even served our drinks with a nice smile. The food was colorful, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The fried fish was amazing, and the plantain was so tasty too. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. I will definitely be going there again!”

  “Went last night for dinner. The food was beyond tasty, full of flavour and really fresh. Beautifully presented. The girl who was there was the sweetest human ever, she was so lovely and and really look after us. She was trying out some cocktails and gave me one to try…. I think she should have her own cocktail menu! All round awesome experience”

  “Can't say enough good things about this place, still smiling from last night!! The food was absolutely superb, every element cooked to perfection! The atmosphere was great, music was absolutely on point, mostly down to the 3 staff that were on last night, they really made us feel at home and couldn't do enough for us!   “Had a lovely meal at The Drop. Excellent service (very sweet server) and the food was incredible. We had the curry goat and jerk chicken - both very tasty! Will be going back! Plus it’s dog friendly if you sit in the terrace.”

  “Easily one of my favourite restaurants in Manchester. The food is always incredibly flavourful. The grilled prawns were fresh and perfectly cooked. The Hench Boxes are generous in portion size, and every element is delicious. We also ordered a mac and cheese add-on for the first time, and it was cheese-tastic. We’d love to try the spiced Jamaican ginger brownie, but they never seem to have it! That said, the desserts we have tried have been nothing short of amazing. The Chocolate Festival (choco-filled cornmeal dumplings), in particular, has me in a choc-hold. We will be back!”
