“Ordered from here a couple of times and whilst the milk cake, milkshakes etc are delicious I think it’s extortionate to charge £4.99 for a regular slice of cake. It’s 100% pre bought too so I think it’s not fair to charge so much for it.”

“I called your restaurant, and I was told to come and collect another ice cream instead of receiving a refund. Unfortunately, that's not possible for me, as I cannot travel back just to replace one item. The product I received was not fresh, had a bad smell, and appeared to be spoiled. I only ate a small amount before realizing something was wrong. I believe a full refund is the most reasonable resolution in this situation. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund rather than asking me to collect a replacement. Thank you.”
