  “Been going for years since the tall lad with the cp hat used to be there was nothing but good vibes and good service every time. Recently I been let down because the lady behind the till is very rude ( light skin chubby lady so you know who) I don’t know why she ignores me and serves other people before me and the portions that she gives are extra small on purpose and even got bone in the chicken split I have experience this twice within the last month and has also happened to my members of my family, I’m sorry to say but I can’t help but think that she is racially profiling and letting us know we ain’t welcome honestly that’s the vibe she gives off please be careful about who you put at your shop front because they represent your business and can retract people with the negative attitudes, my intention is not to sabotage the business in any way this review probably won’t even affect you I just want to bring it to the attention of the owners that this is how this member of staff is behaving I have never had this with any of your other staff to be fair it’s always been pleasant. In response to your reply thank you for your assumption I’m neither black or white I am Asian if you must know and with your own principle applied think you need to get Asian staff then?, and thanks for the example you gave of her hating her parents didn’t sound silly in the slightest. I think you’re being a bit over defensive and unempathetic. I’m not trying to slate your business but what’s right is right I am not going to let you be wrong and strong plain simple. I told you in my review I have had good experiences from here also and I am familiar with the portion size thank you very much so hence when I said portion size is small it’s in comparison to every visit prior. Might seem small to you but it’s the principle of the matter that it’s happened twice I don’t make reviews like this and chat about people livelihood but how she behaved is wrong and you trying to defend her is so much more. I don’t need to lie it’s water of a ducks back, instead of being so defensive why don’t you take criticism constructively and focus on providing a positive customer service. The elders have worked hard to establish this business and put a lot of hard work into it not for you to project your ignorant views and push business away . Enjoy your day.”

  “I normally only get sides from here and have no issues. I got a main for the first time and it was awful. My main was STUFFED into a box that’s usually for small sides and did not taste good at all. The Mac and cheese I was given was watery and tasted rotten. Everything went in the bin.”
