  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience and couldn’t be happier with the service. Alex, Maria, Lucy, and Matthew were all incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout, making everything smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Their attention to detail, positive attitude, and genuine care really stood out and made the whole experience exceptional. The place was clean, organised, and had a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding service and professionalism, and I will definitely be coming back again!”

  “We got the pistachio latte and hot chocolate to take away. Both were decent, just a tad on the sweet side. Plenty of seating indoors as well as outside. Staff were lovely and service was quick. The place is wheelchair accessible too. Really nice atmosphere overall. We went close to closing time so there weren’t many baked bits left, but they usually have loads to pick from.”

  “I had such a great experience at the Arndale branch thanks to these amazing ladies Chloe and Brenna. The customer service was genuinely exceptional — they were both so warm, attentive, and made me feel really listened to. My drinks were absolutely amazing too, which made the whole visit even better. You can really tell when people care about what they do, and these two definitely do. I’ll 100% be coming back again. Highly recommend!”

  “Only went for a quick pick me up and was pleasantly surprised. Good choice of foods and drinks. Went to pay and the lovely server offered me her recommendation which I ended up buying and it was so tasty (granola yogurt).”

  “We tried the Pistachio Latte and Hazelnut Praline Latte, along with a pistachio croissant and a lemon cake with blueberries. All of the items were delightful, but I particularly recommend the croissant with pistachio spread. The service was commendable, and the establishment is pleasant, though it is not very spacious.”

  “I got an iced mocha and iced pistachio latte, both large but they were super large compared to other generic coffee shops. The girl that served me was friendly but the other baristas seem a bit fed up. Anyways the drinks were super nice but slightly too sweet for my liking. Would try it again but ask for less sweet next time.”

  “Would 100% recommend the pistachio iced latte, delicious. They use pistachio crème not a pump which makes such a difference. The croissant on the other hand was SO disappointing, it’s not fresh and tastiest supermarket bought - zero crunch on the layers, soft and squishy all round. Tables outside are lovely and sheltered - great place to sit if it’s not windy.”
