  “went at around 6 it was rlly loud bit i ordered food and it was good bit a bit dryso not bad. quite alot of food options tho. solid 4 stars-The workers couldnt have been any nicer though they were soo nice”

  “Great institution on Deansgate, Manchester. Old world style pub, lots of combination of seating facilities, with plenty of space for large groups. Bar is stocked and beer & cider options on tap leave you with decisions to make. Also got to mention the pub app that regularly offers a free drink on it, very handy to get the party started. Sawyers Arms is thumbs 👍🏼 up for speed of service and overall presentation of the space, well done.”

  “Stopped in to watch the football, the service was great. It really is a beautiful pub, you can see the history clearly. I didnt eat the food but took a peak at the menu and the food prices are crazy ! Definitely nip in for a pint though”

  “Personally I love this place, great food, great beer, fish and chips are delicious. Service could be better and you have to order from the app, even if you have a server standing right in front of you. Tried to bring my wife and children here that are of teenage age but were denied entry on a Saturday afternoon, not even allowed in the upstairs dining section.”

  “I stumbled upon this gem and was absolutely blown away! The first thing you notice is the incredible architecture. It has that quintessential classic British pub feel, complete with stunning, rich dark wood paneling and an amazing mezzanine balcony that overlooks the main floor. The detail in the woodwork is breathtaking. ​The atmosphere was exactly what you’d want – lively, friendly, and absolutely buzzing with energy. As you can see from the crowd, it's clearly a popular spot, but it still managed to feel welcoming and intimate. The clientele was diverse, from groups of friends enjoying a pint to families and couples, all creating a fantastic, convivial vibe. ​The layout is great too, with cozy nooks and crannies to relax in. It feels like the kind of place where you could easily strike up a conversation with the person next to you. If you're looking for an authentic pub experience with serious historical charm and a great atmosphere, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!”

  “Visited here on the 27th April. I ordered the dusted calamari to start and the ocean fish and chips. Some of the Calamari was overcooked and some were fine. The server said she could take it back to the kitchen, but I were so hungry and could've eaten a scabby dog...I scoffed it up. The ocean fish and chips was delicious, but I couldn't eat it all, so I took my fish fillets with me to eat on the tram home. Server was very busy, but attentive and bar service was quick”
