“This used to be a regular haunt years ago but don't go into Manchester much anymore. I suggested it as a bit of a nostalgia trip and we had the best time there yesterday doing karaoke with a great crowd. Athena was hilarious and really made our time there a memorable one. Will hopefully be back again in the not too distant future!”

“I had a very disturbing experience at New York Crispy. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude, not only towards customers but also towards delivery drivers. While I was there, a delivery driver came to collect an order, and the staff member at the till started abusing him and told him to leave the shop, refusing to hand over the delivery. It was shocking and uncomfortable to witness such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. No customer expects to see this kind of treatment in any establishment. The person standing at the till was responsible for all of this, and it reflects very poorly on the management and overall service. This needs to be taken seriously, as such behavior is completely unacceptable. I hope strict action is taken to ensure that both customers and delivery drivers are treated with basic respect in the future.”

“My friends arranged my surprise 50th party upstairs in the VIP suite and it was epic. A great space. Cool bar. Lauren did amazing decorating the room. Tracey and her team smashed it with the food and drinks service. DJ Max was perfect and played to the room perfectly. Had us all up dancing until morning. And bonus we went downstairs afterward to the club which carried on until 4 for the party party people. I’d definitely recommend for events and parties it was fantastic! Thank you guys x”
