  “Unbelievable! They advertise 2 for 1 on a Wednesday but won't honour it. Don't understand '4 cheeses' or 'quatro formaggio', they are a bunch of cowboys! Don't believe their excellent 100% rating as they are probably written by friends and family!!”

  “We ordered a few pizzas for a garden party, one XL and a few L, the XL looked more like a medium and the L looked more like a small, pizza was nice but they shrinkflationing us on the size”

  “Pizza tastes great, delivery was fast, however Medium 10inch pizzas, actually get delivered as 9inch pizzas. I really had to get a tape measure out… Also I sadly found some hair in my pizza. Please wear hair nets.”

  “I ordered through Uber Eats a couple times, had no problems. The one time I order through them, one pizza came half burned, pitch black burned. Ordered a kebab pizza and a meaty feast both 15 inches.”

  “Don't ordera kebab pizza. They don't do kebab meat. You get 3 or 4 bits of sausage and the customer service is crap .”

  “I usually order from Eagle Pizza and honestly, I love their food—especially the pizza. We’ve never had any issues in the past, so it’s disappointing to say this time just wasn’t a great experience. We placed an order at 8:30 PM and didn’t receive our food until almost 10 PM. When we called at around 9:20, we were told it hadn’t even been cooked yet, despite living just a couple of minutes down the road. We were told it would be with us soon, but it still took a while after that. When we tried calling again at 9:30, our call was ignored—likely because they recognised the number, which was a real shame. I’ll be honest—we’ll probably still order again because we’ve always enjoyed the food, but this experience has definitely knocked my confidence a little. If you’re planning to order, I’d suggest doing it well in advance, especially if you’re on a schedule.”

  “First time ordering here using the website which was nice and easy. Delivery was quick, about half an hour despite being out of town and pizza still hot. Everything was delicious but I especially rate the thin crust. They'd run out of anchovies and made a VERY generous substitution which I really didn't expect. Very happy all around and cheaper, quicker and tastier than the chains, would definitely order again!”
