“WORSE PLACE IN LUTON. AVOID AT ALL COST !!! Ordered food enough for 10+ people and they only added 2 sauces. Food was no where near as good and their customer service is APPALLING. They were very rude when I spoke to them about this and their response was disgusting. HOW CAN YOU ADD JUST 2 SAUCES WITH THAT MUCH FOOD AND SAY ITS CUSTOMER FAULT ?? Even the food was not as good as it used to be. If they are that cheap with sauces I wonder how cheap can they be with their ingredients?? OVERALL RATING —0 NEVER AGAIN 🤮”

“To start off the food is very …… bipolar? One day it’s great and the next it’s almost frozen and dry and horrible. But what’s worser than the food is their attitude, every single one of them ESPECIALLY the young worker will try scamming you out of £2 or even £1 extra. A few weeks ago they charged me £5 extra because they noticed I seemed vulnerable and please if this happens to you don’t get nervous, tell them what you owe them and move on. Otherwise they will try arguing with you and call you a “spastic” to your face like they did to me”

“Ordered fish and chips and two veggie burgers tasted cold and disgusting. Tastes like the fish was cooked a couple days before then reheated. Absolutely not worth the money! Avoid this place! Spent £20! Threw it away!”
