  “We paid £158 for afternoon tea in a beautiful setting, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth the price. Once seated, the service was painfully slow. The staff came across as robotic and simply reciting what sounded like a memorised script with very little warmth. The Landmark advertises its sandwiches as “unlimited” but asking for more felt awkward as though you were begging for food. We also had to ask multiple times just to receive a glass of water. To top it all off, they had the audacity to add a £20 service charge for what was essentially non-existent service. Needless to say, we asked for it to be removed. Save your money and go to The Ritz instead, where they actually understand what good customer service looks like.”

  “Absolutely amazing service from Kevin and the rest of the team! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our bridal shower special by allowing us to use a semi-private area, which made the celebration feel so personal. A huge thank you to Kevin and the entire team for making the day so memorable. I would 100% recommend this venue and will definitely be returning!”

  “Came here for lunch and from the very start, it was really good. The hotel staff are very friendly. Right through to the restaurant, which is absolutely stunning, beautiful area, great for lunch or afternoon tea. The setup is very bright with a great atmosphere. Special thanks to Roshan and Charlene for looking after us. They were absolutely great, explained all the dishes, and were super knowledgeable. A wonderful addition to the restaurant team. Food is absolutely delicious 👌 👌 👌 Also want to mention that when I first called the hotel reception to book a table, I unfortunately can't recall the gentleman's name, but he was very kind and helpful in making the booking. All in all, my experience with the Landmark Hotel was nothing but the best, and I will certainly be back for afternoon tea or another lunch.”

  “I had the most delightful breakfast in the wintergarden today. What stood out was the service - from the two fantastic people (Suzana and Rodika) who looked after us so well, to every person we interacted with. So friendly and welcoming, so attentive - they all genuinely wanted us to have a lovely experience. If you want really special breakfast (and presumably other meals) I would highly recommend coming here. I think I will try their afternoon tea next time! Thank you Suzana and Rodika!”

  “Spoilt for choice! A variety of exceptional quality food ranging from English breakfast, Continental breakfast, American breakfast and much, much more! There was a selection of fresh fruits, refillable hot and/or cold beverage too. I had a truly delightful, scrumptious breakfast. In addition, the staff were courteous and friendly they provided an excellent, top-tier service. They were very attentive, efficient and polite. I highly recommend the Winter Garden Restaurant for a truly exquisite experience.”

  “If you’re looking for fine dining that justifies the price tag, the Winter Garden at the Landmark London delivers. The atrium dining room is stunning with soaring ceilings, lush palms, and crisp white linen. Grand without being stuffy. The food matched the setting. A beef carpaccio to start: paper-thin, perfectly cured, topped with shaved Parmesan and truffle. The fish crudo that followed was almost too beautiful to eat, with translucent fish, citrus, caviar pearls, and edible flowers arranged with real precision. Then the Beef Wellington. Blush-pink tenderloin wrapped in mushroom duxelles and golden pastry, finished with white truffle shavings, an indulgent touch that elevated an already flawless dish. Served with silky mash, tender stem broccoli, and glazed heritage carrots. Textbook execution. One of London’s finest hotel dining experiences.”

In addition, the staff were courteous and friendly especially Eufelia and Bella who provided an excellent, top-tier service. They were very attentive, efficient and polite. They were so kind to give a fresh fruits tart with a happy birthday chocolate and a candle for my daughter to blow. Thank you Eufelia and Bella for making us feel special and well-cared for from arrival to departure.”

  “Really lovely place! The atrium with the palm trees is stunning and makes it feel very special. Food was tasty, but the best part was the staff – super friendly and attentive, they really made the experience. The live piano in the background was a nice touch too. Great spot for a special occasion.”

  “Absolutely phenomenal restaurant within a luxurious hotel. I came here for a birthday celebration as a party of 14 people. We were seated at the semi-private area of the restaurant which was a lovely experience - felt more intimate as well. The restaurant decoration was off the roof! Amazing glass roof and the stairs that lead to the toilets, also incredible. As for the food, we were required to send in our pre-orders from the seasonal set menu. Food was delicious, served quickly and I found no fault at all. The waiters were attentive and very friendly. Also a massive thank you to Agnieszka, who was very helpful in communications. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Winter Garden, and will definitely be back again!”
