  “If you like Mexican food you can share with your loved ones, this place is for you!!! From the most delicious nachos and salsa to die for to yummy churros I just couldn't get enough! I had a lovely, colourful non alcoholic cocktail. The atmosphere was good, the music was a little bit loud but it didn't stop us to have a great time. Friendly staff members went above and beyond to deliver the best service. Will definitely be back for round two!!!”

  “We were served by Louis, he was absolutely fantastic! Couldn’t do enough for us and was there every time we needed anything. He was also flexible dealing with our requests and truly enhanced our overall experience. He’s the best and we would come again in a heartbeat thanks to him and his staff. We also were served by Giovanni who was also wonderful. So friendly and yet efficient and very good at his job. We had a wonderful time, thank you!!!”

  “We visited The Palm House for pre-theater dinner on Thursday afternoon 6pm. We were served by an excellent server, Zara. She was friendly, helpful and noted we are seeing a show so brought out our food in a timely but not rushed manner. Zara made our day. The food was 10/10 on the Theater menu. We LOVED the fajitas and pork belly bites. The tres leches came dessert was good but I would recommend a review of the berry compote on top which overpowers the delicate flavor of the cake itself. We found the price of the theater menu so reasonable for London. Overall, enjoyed our dinner thoroughly!”

  “I visited The Palm House in Victoria and had a really enjoyable experience. I’m not entirely sure whether it’s best described as a pub or a restaurant, but it has a relaxed, vibrant atmosphere that’s perfect for meeting up with friends or simply unwinding. The Aperol Spritz was excellent, refreshing, well-balanced. We ordered the seared sea bream and the tacos, and both were fantastic. The sea bream was beautifully cooked with crispy skin, served with buttery new potatoes and fresh vegetables, while the tacos were packed with flavour and generous with the filling. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked really well. The ambience was another highlight. The space has a lively but comfortable feel, making it easy to sit back and enjoy good food and drinks. Overall, I’d definitely recommend The Palm House if you’re in the Victoria area. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent drinks, I’d happily return.”

  “Food was pretty good, I had the steak fajitas and it was cooked nicely. I also had the pork chicharron and that was very nice and crispy. Downside is that the service took forever even for water, the bills come out incorrect, and the music in there was obnoxiously loud. Could barely talk inside.”

  “I visited Palm House last year for brunch and had a great experience, which is why I’ve recommended it to others. Unfortunately, my visit this time wasn’t as enjoyable. Due to personal circumstances I no longer drink alcohol. When we were seated, I asked our waitress whether the brunch price was the same for non-drinkers, and was told that it was. I was informed there were non-alcoholic options available, which I was happy with. However, when I asked for a glass of Coke, I was told this would be charged on top of the £60 brunch price. When I asked what non-alcoholic drinks were included, I was told I could only have mocktail versions of the two cocktails in on the menu. I didn’t particularly enjoy the mocktail, and ended up nursing the water we were given at the start of the brunch. I asked three different servers for more water during the sitting, and only the last server eventually brought a jug to the table. Additionally, my friend and I ordered the steak, which had an additional £5 charge per person. Unfortunately the steak was very chewy. The manager did take this away and replace it with a cheeseburger, and the £5 charge was removed, which I appreciated. Finally, one server came to take our drinks order but never returned with the drinks. I’ve given two stars because the entertainment itself is good. However, the experience seems very geared towards people drinking alcohol. For guests who don’t drink but still want to enjoy a brunch with friends, the options felt quite limited and I am really dissapointed with how my experience went.”

  “The atmosphere was welcoming, my mum uses a mobility scooter and they young waitress was very accommodating with were we could sit and leave the scooter. The cocktails 🍹 WOW strong and full of flavour! The food 🤤 delicious! And plenty of gluten free options too! Definitely recommend visiting!”

  “We had an absolutely fantastic time at The Palm House for our work Christmas party. The service was superb, staff couldn’t do enough. Food was really tasty. The manager on the night, Yasmin was excellent, she went over and above normal service levels. The venue atmosphere was perfect, nice and lively on a Friday night. I’ll definitely be arranging something here again.”
