It opens daily and serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, with a full English breakfast on the menu and shakshuka ordered at brunch. Customer Review Summary
Brunch is the main draw, with the shakshuka the dish reviewers name most, one calling the bowl phenomenal. Close behind are the pancakes, including decadent ones with buttermilk chicken, and the full English breakfast. A signature sharer also gets a mention. Gluten free and allergy care comes up repeatedly: a celiac diner praises the gluten free menu and calls the gluten free burger the best they have had, and another says a gluten free meal arrived separate from the other food. Servers are described as friendly and attentive, and one team handled a large group's pre-orders and payment smoothly. Reviewers also describe quick seating and food arriving within about 15 minutes of ordering. The outdoor seating gets a nod, though one notes it can only be reached from inside. On the downside, one reviewer found the food a little too spicy and said not everything needs chilli, another says the tables are cramped, and one found there was too much food. One family left with takeaway boxes for their leftover pancakes, and another received a complimentary iced berry matcha.

“Great breakfast/brunch. If anything, there was too much food! The service was very good indeed. We were seated very swiftly and nothing was too much trouble. I needed a glass of water for some painkillers and our server, Elena, was very helpful indeed and quickly sorted this for me. In fact, she was very good in keeping an eye and serving/clearing. We didn't have to attract her attention as she was on top of things at all times! The food was lovely, if a little too spicy for us. Not everything needs chilli, but we still enjoyed our time there and will visit again.”

“I’m Celiac so always get a bit wary with eating out but Bills is absolutely outstanding at ensuring a safe dining experience for all customers. Having a gluten free menu was an amazing touch and such a lovely difference from most places where you need to inspect every item to ensure it’s safe. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and the food was delicious. Absolutely the best gluten free burger I’ve ever had. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Carol for being an absolute sweetheart and helping us tonight. 10/10 recommend for anyone but especially gluten free foodies”

“We had a lovely breakfast at Bill’s today! We ordered the pancake and the full English breakfast, and everything was good. A special thank you to Amber for her warm and friendly service. She even surprised us with a complimentary iced berry matcha, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our visit even more special. Thank you, Amber, for making our meal so enjoyable. Highly recommend!”

“This was our first lunch in London near our hotel and offered several options for all of us arriving hungry after our flight. Dipo was our server, he was friendly, attentive, and informative. I was able to order a gluten free meal which came separate from the other food safely ensuring me that my allergy was taken serious. We all enjoyed our lunch and dessert, as we got to sit outside on a nice day.”

“📍This branch of Bill's is located within Cardinal Place, a short walk from London Victoria. The decoration is beautiful and there a big outside seating area, which you can ONLY access from inside. The staff are friendly and welcoming, special mention for Jack! Very attentive and good sense of humour. On this occasion had the Signature Sharer and some drinks, a quick break👌🏻”

“We’re not saying you’ll bump into royalty, but statistically, this is the closest Bill’s restaurant to Buckingham Palace. Pop into our very own Victoria Bill’s Palace and dine like kings and queens. We’ve got plenty of room (bring along your entire royal family!) and a menu fit for regal tastes. Swan in for brunch and tuck into enticing options like classic eggs benedict, pancake stacks and the famous Bill’s big brunch. Or reserve a table for dinner and relish a leisurely evening. Ready for a royal banquet? Head down to Bill’s Victoria, a stone’s throw from Victoria station.”
