About Rosario Munch
On Woolwich Church Street, Rosario Munch is a halal restaurant serving a menu of ten dishes built around momo and curry. Chicken, mutton, and veg momo appear regularly, often with a side of achar, and the bhatti momo comes as mutton momo paired with a side of fried momo not listed on the menu. Naan is commonly ordered alongside butter chicken curry, and tandoori momo, biryani, kebab roll, chilli momo, and mango lassi round out the repeat orders. The kitchen and counter are run by one or two staff handling orders, serving, and cooking. It opens daily, with no split between lunch and dinner service noted. Parking is available near the restaurant for those driving in.

Customer Review Summary
Momo dishes draw the most repeated praise, with chicken momo, mutton bhatti momo, and tandoori momo all singled out, and several diners call the achar dip the star of the show. Close behind, the butter chicken curry and naan come up often, one describing the naan as tasting like home, alongside mentions of biryani, kebab roll, and mango lassi. Many describe the service as friendly and polite, and one reviewer notes the food seemed to be handled by a single hardworking staffer managing orders, service, and the kitchen alone. One reviewer reports a takeaway order of mutton and chicken momo smelled bad and tasted off. Another notes mutton momo was unavailable at midnight, so the kitchen substituted chicken and veg versions instead, which the diner still enjoyed enough to take home and finish the next day.

“My friend and I got takeaway from Rosario Munch and ordered mutton momo and chicken momo. We were really looking forward to trying them, but after taking just one bite, I noticed a very bad smell and the taste was off. It didn't seem fresh …”

“Went to dine in at midnight. Was disappointed with the unavailability of mutton momo, but instead we got 3 kinds of chicken and 1 veg momo (i dont like veg no harm to the restaurant) and trust me, the momo was banging. The dip (achar) was absolutely delicious too. We also ordered naan and butter chicken curry, but due to my miss-wording chicken masala curry happening instead. We were so full that couldn’t even properly start there, so we packed it up and took it home and had it the next day and it was sooo delicious. The naan had that buttery spread that tasted exactly like the naan I used to have back in Nepal. I’ve been to so many Nepali restaurants that do Indian cuisine, but I’ve genuinely never found that same taste again until now. The chatpatey was decent too, though it had more bhuja than chouchou, which personally isn’t my preference. One thing that really stood out though — it seemed like there was only one or two (someone could be in kitchen only)person managing everything: taking orders, serving, going back and forth into the kitchen, and making the food. Honestly, it broke my heart seeing such a hardworking bhai handling it all alone. Massive respect for the effort because the food was banging, the server was very friendly and polite will definitely be back with more people”
