Customer Review Summary

Diners consistently single out the grilled meats and mezze as the draw, with the lamb chops, chicken shish, and lamb soup with potatoes drawing particular praise for tenderness and flavour, and the kibbeh and mixed shawarma also called delicious. Several regulars note the wraps and grilled chicken stay juicy and fresh visit after visit, and generous portions and quick, attentive table service come up repeatedly, along with complimentary touches like tea and baklava at the end of a meal. The outdoor terrace by the docks and background music are mentioned as pleasant for solo dining or lingering over work. Complaints center on inconsistency: one reviewer found the falafel overcooked and the vegetable soup watery, another found the lamb shank bland under thick gravy and the mixed fish grill bony and overseasoned, and a third called the mixed grill overpriced at twenty five pounds with poor portions and unfriendly, smile-less service. Noise and crowding at busy times are also flagged. Regulars returning across multiple days of the same event, and one large party accommodated with advance booking during a twenty-minute wait, recur as concrete examples of the reliable side of the experience.

“Fantastic service, delicious food, amazing portion sizes. Also has a lovely vibe and great surroundings. I did not get the name of the waitress, but she was extremely friendly and helpful throughout. Thank you for a lovely meal! :)”

“Had a great meal at AlMasar Lebanese Restaurant. The food overall was excellent, with plenty of authentic flavours and generous portions. The seating was comfortable, creating a relaxed atmosphere, and the service was friendly and efficient throughout. The standout dish for me was the lamb soup with potatoes—it was absolutely delicious, with tender, flavourful meat and a rich, comforting broth. The roasted lamb, however, didn’t quite live up to the same standard and was the only dish that fell a little short. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, and I’d happily return to try more of the menu. A great choice for quality Lebanese food in London.”

“Randomly picked this restaurant in London and it turned out to be amazing!! The server (Corina) was super friendly and made us feel right at home repeatedly making sure she had everything right and looking out for us when we were sat outside , making sure it wasn’t too windy for us. The food was delicious and exactly what we were looking for , filling and tasty!!! They also had fresh juices which tasted incredible!! The atmosphere was lovely with beautiful paintings on the wall. Overall I would recommend and I hope to come back soon!!”
