  “What a hidden gem 💎 The food is fantastic. My pizza was scrumptious and being a self titled Tiramisu connoisseur it's the best one I've tried. The vibe is cool and our waiter was fabulous. Made us all feel welcome and we had lots of fun dancing and interacting with the DJ”

  “I recently attended a birthday dinner at Ricco's and have mixed feelings about the experience. First of all, the service was absolutely exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the evening. My friend had hired the private lounge downstairs for her birthday, and I have to say, the space is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere, décor, and overall setup made it feel really special, and I would highly recommend the private hire lounge for celebrations and events. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. I ordered the Grilled Stuffed Calamari and the Lobster Spaghetti. The lobster presentation looked impressive at first glance, but when I opened the shell, there was literally nothing inside. It honestly felt quite disrespectful given the price and expectations associated with the dish. I wasn't the only one left disappointed. Several guests at our table were unhappy with their meals as well. The chicken dishes, salmon, and mashed potatoes were all described as being below standard and lacking the quality we expected. Overall, Ricco's gets top marks for customer service, hospitality, and its stunning private event space. However, the food simply did not live up to the same standard. I would 100% recommend the private lounge for a special occasion, but based on this experience, the food needs significant improvement.”

  “Joint 18th birthday party with a Valentine’s Day theme. Stefano arranged everything and was on top of all the details. From our first meeting with him and touring the space, he was courteous, thorough and responsive. The quote given was accurate from day 1 - absolutely no hidden surprises. Stefano arranged everything seamlessly from booking their DJ and posting a custom message on the various screens around the room which gave the space a very festive vibe. Guests commented on how good the food was. We had about 110 guests and the space was the perfect size. It felt intimate, but not cramped. What set the experience apart was the staff. They were friendly, good natured and professional. Highly recommend.”

  “Ricco Lounge hosted my daughter's 18th birthday party. I could not recommend it more highly. The venue looked great, the food was delicious and the DJ kept everyone dancing. The professionalism and good humour of Stefano and his whole team was flawless.”

  “I celebrated my 21st birthday here last week and it was an amazing experience. From start to finish the staff : Stefano and Franceso made our time intimate and special. The Dj was amazing and let my friends sing karaoke and they even put my name on the wall. Franceso was very kind and attentive to all my guests. We will return.”

  “My daughter’s 18th Birthday celebration was hosted at Ricco London yesterday for her and her 20 friends as a private event and we were so impressed with the staff and the party they provided. Every detail was covered to maximise the enjoyment of all the guests. The venue looked fabulous with the lighting etc and the table layout out worked so well. The manager Stefano made all the plans before the event so that it was super enjoyable for everyone. The food was delicious and very nice having a menu to choose from prior to the party. All staff like were extremely friendly and attentive . We couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you Riccos for a night to remember.”

  “The food was amazing!! Such great quality! Reminded me exactly of the food I was having in Naples in the summer !! The staff were incredible, so attentive and organised. The screens that are available to customise are such a phenomenal touch it makes the whole night so personal! The cocktails were delicious, you can definitely taste the alcohol! Stefano and the team were fantastic I can’t thank them enough! Letting us take over the music, providing 11/10 service the whole night and also serving very good quality food! I couldn’t have asked for more. If you want to book a birthday, graduation celebration or even just a regular get together and you want to make it special, book with Ricco!! It will be an unforgettable night!!”

  “I recently organised a surprise 50th birthday party for my husband at Ricco London, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the very beginning, the team made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. If you are looking for amazing people who truly listen to you and support you every step of the way, this is the place for you. The venue itself feels both familiar and private, with a fantastic sound system and decorations that set the perfect atmosphere for the night. The food was outstanding, honestly, the best pizza I’ve ever had, and the desserts were just as incredible. A special thanks goes to Stefano, Vittorio, and the whole Ricco family, who went above and beyond to help me plan and deliver the perfect surprise. Thanks to them, we now have one of the best memories ever. I highly recommend Ricco London for any special celebration, they will make it unforgettable. Grazie ragazzi vi adoro!!!”
