“Very disappointing. This is the second time I've received a burger with a bun so dry and stale that it falls apart while eating. The first time they apologized, but the same issue happened again and they still insisted the bread was fresh. I got a refund, but the food quality is clearly inconsistent. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen and overall hygiene. Won't be returning. Only online orders get a fresh bread.”
