Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the staff, describing them as warm, friendly and attentive, from one server who brought a shy child colouring and strawberries to another who warned a diner that the dish contained meat when no halal options were available. Outdoor seating comes close behind, with several praising the area and one getting a table outside on a busy sunny Saturday. Food draws steady praise too: charred tenderstem broccoli with caramelised sausages, a seasoned rice bowl with salmon, croquettes, a lamb chop and calamari. Service is mostly called quick, though one reviewer found the staff a bit slow, and another was puzzled that several staff apologised for waits when the food arrived fast. Smaller complaints include a cornbread that could have been more moist, a mezze with few dips and bread options, and a tiramisu that was not very rich. The interior is called spacious and well suited to large groups, and one party was allowed to celebrate a friend's birthday with their own cake.

“Really nice outdoor seating area. Lovely spot to catch up with friends or even for a nice dinner. No halal options but the staff was super kind to let me know while ordering that what we were getting has meat. Plus they even allowed us to celebrate my friend’s birthday with our own cake. The calamari was nice as well. I noticed it was super pet friendly as well, if that helps anyone”

“Good restaurant given the office heavy location. Borderline 5 stars in my opinion. The lamb chop was pretty good. The tiramisu was also fairly good for a restaurant although not too rich on the amount of the sauce and not too silky. The mezze selection was a bit weak - not too many dips and bread options. In general though though this is a solid place in the area and is well suitable for large groups. The staff were a bit slow unfortunately. The interior was great and spacious”

“Absolutely amazing 😍! I don’t usually leave reviews but this deserves it. Everything was perfect, staff were great and atmosphere was impeccable. We sat inside near the bar and everyone was having so much fun. I also manage a restaurant and to see all the young staff so close and joking around is something I wish to implement in our restaurant. We had our little girl with us, and Alexandra (I believe) made all of us so comfortable and tried to accommodate for anything we requested, our girl loved her so much she even gave her a hug before we left! She gave her colouring, brought her strawberries, was listening to all her stories and was overall so comforting (which doesn’t happen very often with our girl as she’s super shy!). We also had a few others say bye to her on the way out which was so heartwarming! This is not fine dining so do not treat it as such, but I would take this over it any day. One thing I’d say is that I’m a bit confused as to why we had multiple staff apologise to us about food waiting time when it was brought to us so quick, which is the reason it’s 4 not 5 stars - we heard a few staff get rushed to bring drinks as soon as they were put out as well, and from what I’ve seen the girl bringing them was doing her best. Overall amazing experience, and the staff, especially Alexandra, made it so much better. We’ll 100% visit again 🥂😍.”

“# Caravan – Charred Tenderstem Broccoli & Sausage The charred tenderstem broccoli here is reason enough to come back. Properly blistered at the tips, glossed in chilli oil, and finished with fresh coriander and a scatter of sliced red chilli that brings genuine heat rather than just colour. Underneath, a couple of deeply caramelised sausages sat in a rich, almost buttery sauce — clearly built for the broccoli to mop up, and it did its job beautifully. Everything tasted like it had spent proper time over a hot grill: smoky, slightly bitter at the edges, balanced out by the sauce’s sweetness. A cold glass of white wine alongside did exactly what it needed to do. Generous, vibrant, and the kind of plate that makes you want to work through the rest of the menu.”
