“Absolutely awful experience here. I had guests last night they got money taken off them and food given to them but no drinks for over an hour. Every single waiter ignored us so I had to approach the boss and his attitude was very poor. He has no right to get frustrated with anybody we’re all frequent and paying customers and deserve to be treated properly, especially when I also have boys that come and spend £1000s each month. He got so cheeky with my mates and banged the table and walked off. I wouldn’t give my spit to this company moving forward. You don’t ever talk to people like they’re dogs. If you can’t handle operations that’s a leadership problem. I don’t care if there’s a football match on or not. There’s plenty of places that have more customers than you coming in and out and they don’t have this problem. Best of luck, you just lost a lot of money.”

Whether under the previous management or the new management, the quality has always remained outstanding. The staff are friendly, professional and always make guests feel valued. One of the best things about Bamboo is the live music, which creates a fantastic atmosphere and makes every visit even more enjoyable. The combination of great food, excellent service and live entertainment makes this restaurant truly special.
