  “Amazing service! I came to this when my hair was extremely damaged and in an extremely bad state. The ladies talked me through what i needed to do and steps I need to take. I then did my treatment with them and continued returning and my hair is completely transformed. Most importantly I feel super confident with my hair now. They did an amazing job and I have continued to return on many occasions. A huge shout out to Fatima and Fatiha they are the best and I will never go to another salon again. Thank you so much ladies. You are the best in the industry. Xxxxxxx”

  “No point booking appointment, booked for 2 and she started my hair at 4 and didn’t finish until 8-9 as she kept tending to other customers. I have the number saved and wanted to look at her experience before going in. Seeing her before and after pictures made me think that it was quiet good, however i have come to a realisation that she lies after the after picture and uses picture from google/pinterest and acts as if they’re her own. As a result of trusting these lies i went in with high expectations and left really unsatisfied but the horrible colour of my hair and went elsewhere to fix it. I will attach some proof. I am extremely disappointed.”

  “Have been using this salon for many years despite it being a 2 hour all round journey for me. There isn't anywhere better. Fabulous staff and results. Can't get there as often as I would like but well worth the visit! 💖”

  “This beauty and nail salon truly deserves more than five stars. It’s the only nail shop I’ve been to that doesn’t charge you for fixing a broken nail and doesn’t force you to remove your acrylics and get a full new set when you only need an infill. That alone says a lot about their honesty and professionalism. Their prices are far better than any other place I’ve tried in London, and the quality of their work is exceptional — incredibly neat, natural, and long-lasting. Even though it’s not on the way to my home or work, I still come here every time I need my nails done because the experience is absolutely worth the trip. Sanaz, the manager, is genuinely lovely and always makes the place feel warm and welcoming. A rare gem in London. If Google allowed 6 stars, I’d give them 6 without hesitation.”

  “Do not go if you have curly hair and want to keep it healthy. In July I went and had my hair washed and straightened. It looked amazing and I was really happy with it until when I washed my hair a couple of days later, half of my hair wouldn’t go back to curly. Fatima said that this is ‘Normal’ and happens to a lot of her clients (which she should have warned beforehand if she knew this was a possibility), she said the more I wash my hair it will revert. It has been months now and my hair has not changed. My hair is ruined and I cannot wear it out anymore because of how damaged it is. I had straightened my hair many times before and this has never happened. Please if you have curly hair do not go there, if I could give zero stars I would. Edit: After I posted this review (which I am entitled to do) Fatima messaged my mum who has been a loyal customer. She was extremely unprofessional and took no accountability blaming it on me and saying that I ‘don’t look after my hair’ and I shouldn’t complain since it’s only the front of my hair. She also mentioned that since we are both of the same ethnicity I shouldn’t have written this review and she’d understand if she was from somewhere else, which doesn’t make sense at all. I love to support women and ethnic businesses, it’s a shame I had a traumatising experience here. Once again do not recommended to anyone, save your money.”

  “I had the best experience at Smart Beauty Salon! Fatima did an incredible job on my balayage, the color came out absolutely perfect and exactly what I was hoping for. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and her attention to detail was amazing. On top of her talent, she is so kind, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend her enough, thank you, Fatima, for making my hair look and feel gorgeous!”

  “It was my first time at Smart Beauty Salon after years of DIY treatments, and I was recommended by a friend. Fatima took the time to assess my hair and explain why my original idea wouldn’t give the best results due to past colouring. She even tested a sample to show me what to expect, which I really appreciated. I went with a second option, and I’m so thankful for the amazing care and honesty Fatima showed throughout.   “The main hairdresser Fatima is brilliant. I have very dry hair with different colour tones. Fatima did a great job with my hair and the colour is brilliant. All other hairdressers are also very good & friendly. Prices are reasonable. I had to wait very long, but it was worth waiting. Wish they take appointments and can be open on Sundays too.”
