  “I visited on October 9th 2025. I came in for my first straight razor shave of my life. I was with an older gentleman and i told him what I wanted, and of course he could barely speak english. I left with multiple deep cuts and burns on my face and a fear of ever getting a straight razor shave again. I do not recommend this place for straight razor shaves.”

  “Peter and his workers have a fantastic vibe and are always available for a haircut. They always do a great job and listen carefully to what I instruct them to do with my hair. The price is great for students!”

  “Get my hair cut with the younger barber regularly here. He listens carefully to what you want and takes the time necessary to do a good job. Very reliable, friendly and reasonably priced.”

  “I walked in and got a haircut here. I chose this place because, even though it doesn't have a large number of Google reviews, I believe they are genuine, unlike some other barbershops that might use bots. Considering the price (£18), the haircut was great, and the service was excellent. The barber was very kind, and the whole process was quick. This place definitely deserves more recognition.”

  “Unfortunately no consistency! Went six weeks ago and had a superb haircut, possibly best ever by a young guy. Went back expecting the same guy but when it wasn’t I should have left but was assured the guy there was very good. He took absolutely no notice of my instructions to not take much off, carry on layering etc but too busy with his own ego about how he was as good as other guy and I ended up with shortest hair I’ve ever had. Completely different to what I asked for. Previous guy cut it perfectly and he had an ongoing plan, told me to come back in six weeks and he would have carried on with the layering plan!! Well that’s all gone to pieces!! its possibly worst haircut ever, not the haircut but the complete lack of interest in my instructions and doing what I wanted!! Can’t really do anything about it, six months to grow it!!”

  “Steve has been my barber for over 15 years. Highly recommend his great cut, honesty and I always walk out happy and in a good mood. He has recently refurbished the shop and added some excellent new staff also. Highly recommend. f”

  “Very good service. Went here for the first time and they were proactive in asking me questions to make sure that I was happy with the cut. Definitely was quite happy with how it turned in the end. Price is also reasonable, especially for women's cuts (who tend to be much more expensive elsewhere). Highly recommend the service from Chad and Steve here.”
