  “Salon manager is rude and quite intimidating. The owner rushed my hair colour and the roots came out ginger ,he tried to correct withh toner and left my hair with black patches which he then had to remove. The condition of my hair was left dry ,broken and brittle . He was quite happy to charge me the full amount after having to go back a second time to sort out the mistakes. I would advise anyone who wants polite good service to give this salon a wide berth.”

  “Amazing cut, blow dry and treatment from Mozhan - she listened to exactly what I needed and my hair looks a million dollars! Shima did a fantastic job threading my brows and upper lip, really efficient and great shape. Thank you both so much! Can’t wait to come back :)”

  “***EDIT*** A different member of staff contacted me and resolved this issue. Was incredibly apologetic and refunded me the full price. Was very grateful and would be willing to try with her in the future. Would give this 0 stars if I could. So disappointed in the service and how it was handled. I came for eyebrow lamination, which I’ve had many times before at different salons. A day later, not only did my eyebrows not receive the laminated effect, they also bleached the eyebrows and turned them a very odd ginger colour. When I called the salon to complain, they were very defensive and told me the colour change was supposed to happen and it’s just the products can affect people that way. It definitely is not as I’ve had them done in lots of places and this has never happened before. They are also not laminated whatsoever it’s as if they’ve just been badly bleached. Very very disappointed. No refund or resolution was given.”

  “I’ve been here several times for olaplex treatment. The staff was kind and friendly. I tried olaplex at other salon, but this salon was much better! I was satisfied with the results.”

  “Went last minute on a Saturday. Rang them up and they were very welcoming. Turned up 10 mins later and seen within 5 mins. Good job done on my fiancee's threading at a very good and decent price. Lovely customer service and a nice and clean salon too. Overall a wonderful experience”

  “This is an amazing place! Danny is professional, creative and just wonderful! All the staff are welcoming and pleasant. My family are regular clients for a few years now and always happy with their haircuts. It’s so lovely to be greeted warmly - even when just passing by without an appointment. The atmosphere is warm and friendly - and the coffee is very good too. Its great to have this salon in our local neighbourhood.”

  “Vida has done my nails for several years now and I highly recommend her. I trust her to always do a great job (whether that’s a manicure, repaint, polish or shellac) and I always feel fabulous walking out with great nails. She’s the best there is!”

  “Do NOT ever go get your manicure at this place. I had quite long nails and asked the manicurist to shorten them but to watch out for my nail bed. Instead of cutting them at a reasonable length and filing the rest, she cut them maximally short and tried to file to give them an even shape. Not only did it hurt due to length but she also did it so incompetently that my nails looked as if a five-year-old tried to shape them. I had to tell her exactly what to do in order to try and save anything of my previously beautiful long nails. Nonetheless, she was so incompetent and it hurt so much (even leaving small injuries on my fingertips from all the filing so close to the skin) that I simply told her not to finish the service and left. I ended up going to another place at which I had to pay £60 to fix the damage done and where it caused shock to other manicurists that someone clearly so bad at their job can be allowed to hold it. As a warning to all who are considering this place for their manicure: DO. NOT. GO. I’ve been getting my nails done for 7 years and never have I encountered someone so clearly lacking skill to do the very basics of manicure.”
