  “I visited this salon last year and had my hair cut and blow-dried by Rawad. The result was very good, the cut was neat and well done, and I was charged £80 at the time. This year, I went back again, but Rawad was fully booked, so my haircut was done by a new barber (a Syrian staff member). Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. At first, after the blow-dry, the haircut looked okay, but once I washed my hair at home, it became clear that the cut was very poorly done and uneven. It has now been over a month, and I am still struggling with how bad the haircut is, it is not properly blended or shaped at all. On top of that, I was charged £140, which is nearly double what I paid last year, despite not being served by Rwad and receiving a much lower quality service. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I expected consistency in both quality and pricing, but unfortunately, neither was met this time.”

  “I have been regularly getting my hair cut by Rawad and have always appreciated his work. However, recently I haven’t been fully satisfied with the results. Even though I had appointments booked, I had to wait at least 20 minutes, and during my latest cut, I waited 40 minutes. I checked my photos from 2 years ago, and my hair length looks just the same, even though I was clear about my goal of growing it down to my lower back. I take very good care of my hair, including treatments, so I don’t understand why an extra 2 cm was cut when I’m trying to grow it. During my last visit, Rawad was multitasking, which made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that the salon is very busy, but for a £140 haircut, this kind of attention feels disappointing. I have a lot of respect for Rawad, but I’ve decided not to return. All the best ✨”

  “Went to Rawad Hair Salon on Christmas Day and was glad they were open. I did a root color and blow-dry with Ghalia and she was great. Super professional, really good at what she does, and so friendly. She made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and I loved the result. Definitely coming back.”

My stylists (Rawad and Fadi) listened carefully to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions that made the end results even better than I imagined.
