  “The worst barber shop I have ever visited. They don’t use hygienes after serving a customer. As I been their last time for hair cut. Which lead to skin folliculitis. Be aware and be carful. Health is come first.”

  “This place has become a complete disaster. I had highlights done here in the past by a lovely lady who did an excellent job , but she has since left. When I returned, the manager assured me that a man working there was a “master” with many years of experience. I trusted their recommendation, and it was a huge mistake. He completely ruined my hair , the colour came out orange and nothing like what I asked for. It was truly awful. People like him should not be allowed to work with hair colour. Stay away from this place !”

  “Personal favorite location to get my hair cut. I only let 2 people cut my hair, and both of them work here. They are polite and well experienced as barbers. You'll never be disappointed. #NotAll5StarsAreFakeReviews”

  “Great if you need a really fast and cheap haircut. A Peruvian barber who speaks hardly and English, wearing a cowboy hat, and playing with his many different electric clippers. Great fun.”

  “Got a wax done. Waxing lady Charmin was lovely! I heard the owner talking to a builder at the time there was renovations. The owner said that Muslim women and brown people were “difficult to get along with” and like “talking to a wall”. It shocks me that they would make those comments whilst most of the employees are people of colour and brown, particularly the owner when she knew that there was a client in the room.”

  “I am so disappointed with the owner or manager of this place. She treats her staff like slaves without any respect or manners. I was waiting for my haircut and she started shouting at one of the staff members in a terrible way. I hope that person is okay. He quit right in front of us, and I agree with him. Nobody should have to tolerate being talked to or treated like that by a manager, owner, or anyone. That woman has no education, manners, or sympathy for the people who help to run a business in those difficult times. I deffinitely DO NOT RECOMENDED this place, not just for the staff, but also because of that woman who doesn't care about her staff or customers. SHAME OF HER!!”

  “It's a clean place with affordable prices and it's great to be able to walk in to get a haircut without an appointment. I've been twice and both times I've been very happy with the service provided by the hairdressers who cut my hair, Ivan and Rachel. With my last haircut, Rachel checked that I was happy with what she was doing.”

  “I have been a customer for over 4 years, have known some of the staff that was at the previous location closer to Camden Town station. I recently went for a haircut as I always do. There was a new face & I had been out of the country for over 5 months. I had my usual haircut, no skin faded, no wash, just a plain haircut. The Romanian/Bulgarian chap that was doing it took me to the till and I got ready to pay the usual 6 pounds. He then asked for £12 which of course I asked him as to why and said it had to be a mistake as I always pay the same and have done so for the past X amount of years. He said it was a new policy and started getting a bit agitated saying I didn't appreciate his work and what he'd done, etc. I really didn't want to argue but the fact that he was clearly overcharging and probably keeping the money to himself made me realise that there is definitely no control over what is going on with the new hairdressers or just enough training or professionalism from them. I mentioned this to a hairdresser that has been there for over 3 years and he confirmed that customers have complained about the same experience and being overcharged when the person previously mentioned does their hair. I would definitely appreciate if something is done about this! For every customer that has gone through the same experience and to improve the way new staff do things when nobody is around. Thanks!”

  “RUDE AND UNHYGIENIC: The staff member was not ready for me, and made a mobile phone call to her husband and told me we had to wait whilst the wax heated. The same appliance was used repeatedly in the wax, and I did not feel as though the application was done well or hygienically. The appointment took 45 minutes which was much longer than I have had in other salons for the same treatment. I asked for the treatment to be stopped early. When I tried to explain that I wasn't happy with the service the staff member was VERY rude, telling me that I was purposefully trying not to give her money.”
