  “I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in for a perm, but my hair was badly over-processed and burned. It is now extremely dry, brittle, and feels like straw. Brushing my hair is painful because it tangles so easily, and it has become very uncomfortable to manage. My hair was healthy before the treatment, but it has been left severely damaged. To make matters worse, I was unexpectedly charged an extra £20+ after the perm without this being clearly explained in advance. I felt the pricing was not transparent. The staff’s attitude was careless and dismissive. Instead of showing concern about the condition of my hair, I felt they were more interested in charging additional money. There was no genuine apology or effort to resolve the problem. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. I hope they improve both the quality of their treatments and the way they care for their customers.”

  “Came here recently to do my hair, absolutely loved it! Lovely service, all the staff were extremely welcoming and nice, and the end haircut turned out exactly how I wanted. Would definitely recommend to come here more often to get your hair done.”

  “Worst haircut. Do not go here, they do not know what a fade or taper fade is. They give you a half haircut that is bent and have 0 customer service. Spend your £20 elsewhere! Had to fix it myself.”

  “It was my first time at this salon and my hairdresser was Mrs Wu who was lovely and attentive and did a great job on my hair, taking the time to explain things. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they quickly fit me in despite no booking. So happy with the results and I would totally recommend it here!”
