  “I don’t usually leave reviews, but since this is a new place and they did such a great job, I wanted to share my experience. I was happy with everything: the staff are polite and professional, the hair removal laser treatment was done carefully, gently, and effectively. The Botox service was also very thorough—they gave detailed advice and achieved exactly the result I was hoping for after 2 weeks. The background music is pleasant, the interior is beautiful, and the prices are reasonable. I truly enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely come back again.”

  “I am using my husband's account to write this review. I have just returned from holiday abroad, my hair needed a good wash and also relaxing. However, I was desperate for it to be washed before getting it relaxed. Jenny dealt with it all amazingly and gave me a brilliant shampoo and treatment and managed to blow dry my hair really well considering it is also longer than shoulder length.   “This is the second time I went to go get my nails done at Studio N7. This was the best nail experience I have ever had. The two ladies that did my nails were the most hospitable and kind hearted ladies possible. Aside from the hospitality, the artistry is also incredible. Usually by the second week, my nails would be popping off my fingers (acrylics) - but in this salon, they lasted until I got an infill (2.5 weeks). These ladies are amazing in making your hands feel and look beautiful, and ultimately yourself. Below is attached of my recent set - dark red cateye almonds.”

  “This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I was put in a small room alone for my pedicure, and the first thing I noticed was how dirty it was – the tank had no water, looked grimy, and there were nail clippings scattered across the floor. The whole room felt unhygienic and neglected, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. When the pedicure finally started, the water was cold and felt unclean. The scrubber they used was clearly old and worn, and you could tell it had been used on multiple people before – it was simply rinsed under tap water. The entire process felt unhygienic and honestly disgusting. On top of this, the atmosphere in the salon was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Staff members were yelling at the nail technician, who was working alone and clearly under pressure. It felt like an unsafe environment – both for customers and for the staff member being spoken to so badly. I paid £35 for a service that left me with a foot rash (photo attached). I would never return and strongly urge others to think twice before booking. This place desperately needs to improve its hygiene and professionalism.”

  “For Hair - Hulya is absolutely amazing I come here nearly every other weekend to get my hair looking flawless and she does exactly that for me I wouldn’t go anywhere else. For Nails -LAN Nathan nails is absolutely spectacular at doing nails I had a very bad habit of biting my nails but she sorted one of my insecurity’s out and made me feel super comfortable and confident! Look you wouldn’t even be able to tell that I used to bite them! Thank you so much!”

  “Took my daughter for hair cut at this lovely salon. Fitted me in last minute on the day, which was a lifesaver! Was greeted by Mehtap, who had a warm smile and made us feel right at home. She was sensitive, friendly, and welcoming - you could tell she loved her job. Took great care to understand what my daughter wanted, and executed a beautiful haircut that exceeded our expectations. Gave helpful tips on how to style it, and even offered some advice on hair care. We left feeling happy and relaxed, already planning our next visit!”
