  “I’ve been going to this salon for a while now, and I can honestly say I’ve finally found a hairdresser in London I genuinely trust. A special mention to Meral and Huseyin. They’re amazing with short hair. They really understand what suits you, and the level of precision is just spot on. I always leave feeling confident and happy with the result. Sara and Betul are just as lovely. They’re so warm and attentive, and really know their stuff when it comes to colouring. Every visit leaves me feeling refreshed and well looked after. The whole team creates such a welcoming atmosphere, and it really makes a difference. I’d definitely recommend Glow Hair & Beauty.”

  “I’m disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in for hair coloring and styling, and at the beginning I was told the price would be £100. In the end I was charged £90 for my hair, which is short. However, I later noticed that the listed price for short hair is £45. I feel that the price I was charged was not fair compared to what is shown for short hair. I hope the salon can clarify their pricing so this doesn’t happen to other customers.”

  “I visited this salon today for a haircut and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service felt unprofessional. The receptionist was quite rude and not welcoming. The haircut itself was done by a male hairdresser, but it was rushed and lacked care and attention. It felt as though the focus was on taking as many customers as possible rather than providing a good service. Overall, the experience was frustrating and upsetting. When you go to a salon, you expect a basic level of professionalism and care, but sadly this was not the case. I would not recommend this place.”

  “The biggest let down was the customer service. The lady who was doing the services could not speak English (almost none at all) so it was very hard to communicate what I wanted her to do even when I spoke slowly and in simple English. I also showed her photos of what I wanted and from multiple different angles, but she did something completely different, which was adequate but not what I was going for and not good enough for the premium price point. I told her multiple times during the appointment what I wanted and for her to change things, but she more often than not didn't say anything in response or do anything to remedy. I know she wasn't ignoring me on purpose - she seemed quite confused and anxious whenever I spoke to her - but she could have at least called over an English-speaking colleague (the salon was not busy) to help translate if she was having such difficulty understanding/responding to my requests. The 2 stars are because after I got up from the chair myself and found an English-speaking beautician in a different room, she then told the lady in her native language my situation. The lady who did the service was then very apologetic and tried to do what she could to remedy and be as helpful as she could, but at that point the service had already overran quite significantly. I had to tell her to stop early before the service was properly finished because I had somewhere else to be. I left the salon 1 hour later than it said it would take.”

  “I went there once a while ago now and never again. They had double booked and when the other lady who was booked in at the same time as me came in and kicked up a fuss for the double booking, the guy cut my hair in less than 5 mins and couldn’t get me off the chair quick enough! I was too shocked to say / do anything. He did not deserve payment for such a quick hair cut where no care or attention was taken. Not a good way to treat a new but now not returning customer!”

  “I have been going here for a while now for both hair and eyebrows. All the staff members are so friendly and I am always very happy with the results. I have had microblading recently and went for my top up today. It has completely transformed my eyebrows and I am thrilled with my results. I highly recommend this salon and especially the microblading. Very reasonably priced and staff are very knowledgeable. Thank you 🩷”
