“I was already given a quote for what I asked for but when I went the next morning I was told that it was not the correct quote. I asked for a soft balayage and face frame. The lady then explained that for what I wanted it would be way more expensive than the quote I was given. We then settled on a face frame with a few tones going through but I made it clear I wanted a strong face frame and they added on an extra £30 for toner. I ended up paying £200 and I don’t even have an actual face frame. I’m a new mum and explained this was a treat for myself and I’m not going to have to go and spend more money to just have a face frame.. which is what I paid £200 for originally. I spent over a year growing my hair and it’s left me very upset and scared to go to another salon”
