“Attended the salon this morning my hairdresser was amazing, he listened & gave me a lovely fringe trim. The woman at the desk was rude however; she had a cold attitude towards me for no reason despite my polite & friendly demeanour, & her responses felt unwelcoming, and blunt. Please have women at the desk that treat other women with respect.”
