  “The best hairdressers !!!! Everyone is literally so friendly and kind I couldn’t go to another hairdressers now! Bulent is the always does a wonderful colour and gives the best advice and blow drys!!! He told me to get a Botox and my hair ever since has been transformed from a frizzy mess to actually very sleek and healthy! Couldn’t recommend him more !”

  “went in today for a trim & it felt more than just a trim, it was therapeutic. my hair feels lighter, healthier, and perfectly shaped. in addition, the service was absolutely amazing. calm, thoughtful, and done with so much care. the hairstylist, specifically mehmet went above and beyond with his service! i must say he’s such a gentleman! i walked out feeling genuinely happy and refreshed, and i’m beyond thrilled with the result! thank you so much for all! x”

  “I’d never usually leave a bad review on a business but the level of quality and care has been shocking. A family member recently came and was overcharged, and the service was awful. Messing up the service is one thing - but to then try and blame the customer and not even offer their money back or at least a discount is shocking. I don’t know why the service quality has been so bad recently but it’s really disheartening that they can’t even own up to their mistakes. Human error happens, but to then act as though everything is fine is where it crosses a line. You cannot let someone walk out of your salon with such bad results and take money off of them. I would avoid this salon at all costs - it’s not worth your time nor money.”

  “I took my mum here for a colour and haircut and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been to this hairdresser a few times before and have always had a good experience, so I wanted to treat my mum. She has short, fine hair and the stylist who did her colour and cut did an amazing job. The colour was perfect and the cut really suited her. My mum was so happy with the result and left feeling great. Thank you for taking such good care of her, we’ll definitely be back!”

  “I feel I need to write this review as, despite my call attempts, I haven’t had the chance to speak on the phone or communicate via Instagram. I was a happy and loyal customer of Mehmet’s for over two years and had always been pleased with my highlights and cuts. I’ve always been very clear that I specifically like babylights, and I expect to be able to see them. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. The toner was clearly left on for too long or the wrong shade was used. After lifting the dark colour, a dark toner was applied and left on excessively, which completely cancelled out the babylights. My hair now looks dull and flat, unlike before when I would leave with soft but visible babylights. I was told on the day not to worry and that it would look better in daylight or after a few washes. That’s not acceptable. I shouldn’t have to rely on a toner washing out , I should be able to see my desired colour when I leave the salon. I was also surprised by a sudden increase in pricing for what appeared to be the same service I’d always had, which added to the disappointment. Sadly, this experience has completely changed my confidence, and I won’t be returning.”

  “Bee is the best hairstylist! I’ve been with her for over 15 years and she never fails to amaze me. I showed her what I wanted, and she added her own magic touch—giving me exactly what I hoped for and more. She’s truly a star! ✨ In the past, I’ve had my hair damaged by other stylists, but Bee always takes such good care of me. Yesterday she did the color I wanted and gave me a perfect cut—my hair has never looked or felt this good. The customer service is just as amazing as her skills. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, offered coffee, and made to feel completely comfortable. She always makes me feel safe and cared for. Even if Bee moved far away, I would fly out just to have her do my hair—that’s how incredible she is! From hair to beauty, Bee is simply the best. Highly recommend!”

  “I’ve been coming to Mehmet for 4 years now and he is the absolute best in the game! I trust him with everything to do with my hair. I’ve had different transitions throughout the years and it only gets better everytime :) wouldn’t ever think of going to anyone else! 10/10, kind and friendly staff”
