I normally have Brazilian keratin treatments along with haircuts, and my hair always feels so smooth and refreshed afterwards.   “I have afro hair which is quite long and a it dried out after previous home dye jibs that didn't go particularly as planned. My natural hair colour is very dark bron almost black. Do my hair had to be bleached then coloured (I wanted ginger colour). Miguel did an absolutely amazing job and listened to what I wanted colour wise. The shampoo and conditioner he used made my hair feel super soft even after the bleaching. Also he gave little head massage (whilst last conditioner was in) which was frigging amazing! He bow dried my hair (also done very well) and did a trim on my dead ends. The whole thing wasn't cheap- but well worth it and i can understand why, the results are amazing!!!!”

  “Keratin treatment warning: I really wanted to avoid the aggro of leaving a negative review, but I feel guilty if I don’t warn others. Their keratin treatment completely fried and ruined my hair. I should have read the other bad reviews. I’ve had keratin treatments done for years at other places, I really regret going here. Melissa was difficult to get in contact with afterwards and I just gave up in the end — there’s nothing to be done. I had hoped it would wash out and get better with deep conditioning but weeks later it’s still static, frizzy and knotty, greasy, breaking (all or which it never was before). My hair type is Afro but extremely soft and manageable — no idea how they’ve got it so wrong. Bit of a disaster really”

  “This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had — completely unprofessional and honestly disrespectful. I asked for my curly hair to be cut curly and dry, which is the correct and safest method for cutting curly or Afro-textured hair. They refused and insisted on cutting it wet or straightening it first. I made it very clear that I didn’t want it straightened — I wanted it cut in its natural state. Despite this, they went ahead and cut it wet. Not only did they ignore my request, but they also cut off four inches of my hair — far more than I ever agreed to. The cut was extremely uneven, and the shape was completely off. When I went back to ask for it to be fixed, they blamed me, saying it was my fault for not asking for a straight dry cut . They straightened it and cut it.. whilst doing so adding no heat protection. They charged me again to fix the cut they messed up, and the attitude I received ( from the woman specifically) was dismissive, rude, and downright hostile. I left this experience feeling disrespected, ignored, and deeply upset. They clearly do not know how to properly care for curly or Afro-textured hair and refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. Do not go here if you value your curls, your length, or your confidence. This salon should not be advertising services for textured hair if they cannot handle it with the skill, care, or respect it deserves.”
