About DUNKIN' Wardour Street
DUNKIN' Wardour Street is a coffee shop at 182 Wardour St in London, part of a brand founded in 1950. Orders go through self-service touch screen kiosks, which lets customers choose at their own pace without queuing at a counter. The menu runs to 57 items, with frappes such as the Strawberry Shortcake Frappe and iced drinks including a strawberry white chocolate iced matcha. The donut range includes seasonal and themed styles, among them Easter edition and smiley donuts, and boxes can be ordered for occasions. Coffee and donut combos are offered alongside the drinks. The shop also works as a late-night stop for a coffee or a donut.

Customer Review Summary
Donuts are the main draw at this Wardour Street shop, from the Cookie Kreme blast donut, which one reviewer says has improved with a better recipe, to Easter edition donuts and smiley donuts ordered by the box for a child's first birthday. Drinks come close behind. The Strawberry Shortcake Frappe is described as sweet, creamy and like a dessert in a cup, and one reviewer suggests asking for less syrup for anyone not into sugary drinks. Others praise an iced drink and the hot beverages. Self-service kiosks make ordering easy, and there is seating indoors and outside. Staff draw repeated praise as friendly and helpful, including help sorting out a card payment problem. The main complaint is service consistency. One reviewer says staff are sometimes slow, and a two-star review describes a kiosk receipt printer broken for a second day in a row and a paid-for bag thrown onto the counter instead of handed over. Another visitor's strawberry white chocolate iced matcha came with a free donut.

“The donuts are excellent, but unfortunately, the service at this location is below average. The receipt printer at the self-service kiosk has not been working for the second day in a row. A younger staff member prepared my order and, despite me paying for a bag, did not give it to me. When I asked for it, he simply threw it onto the counter. Since my hands were full, I couldn’t pack the order myself, and it took a while before someone finally helped me. The donuts are really good, but the poor service significantly affects the overall experience.”
