  “The coffee and the cheesecake I've had were quite good. The coffee was strong and the milk texture was perfect, the cake tasted amazing. I was served by a girl in a headscarf who was very friendly and helpful, she was handling the customers really well. However, the management of this place should be embarrassed about the state of the toilet. Incredibly messy, with equipment missing or fallen off. It absolutely makes me not want to visit this coffeeshop again.”

  “I used to really like this shop and I was going there almost every week, especially because I love their cookie cup. It’s honestly delicious and that’s one of the main reasons I kept going back. But recently, the experience has changed a lot because of the new staff. The customer service is not the same anymore. One of the boys serving came across quite rude and didn’t even say thank you or show any basic friendly customer service. It felt like he didn’t want to be there, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Another time, I ordered a white chocolate hot chocolate and I clearly asked twice, but I was still given a regular hot chocolate instead. The girl serving didn’t seem to listen properly and looked like she was completely in another world. Mistakes can happen, of course, but it’s the attitude and lack of attention that makes it disappointing. It’s a shame because I actually really like the products here, especially the cookie cup, but the recent rude and careless service has put me off going back. There are so many other lovely cafés around the area with much better customer service, so I’d recommend going somewhere else if you care about being treated nicely as a customer.”

  “Tried the cookie cloud cup. Was great, kinda cool. Bit messy but what good dessert isnt. Iced caramel latte was great. Lovely service. & overall a great vibe.”

  “Lovely coffee shop ☕🌿 clean inside, people working there were super nice and attentive. ☘️ Coffee was quite nice, the coffee deserts were quite impressive. They have a nice variety of drinks, the pistachio latte was nicely made and presentation decent.”

  “I really wanted to try their cookie cloud, and I visited from pretty far away. I tried the the pistachio flavor and it didn’t disappoint- lovely decadent mascarpone filling and a nice strong espresso with pistachio sauce. The sauce tasted a tad artificial and there were not as many actual pistachio nuts as advertised, so that was a bit of a let down. Overall not bad given the hype.”

  “Visited this charming coffee place as i saw it advertised on social media. They have a mixture of leatherand wooden chairs. We had two of their cloud cookie cups and drinks. They were very nice. The service was great and this place has a great view into the road.”

  “My friends and I came here for a catch up. We ordered their cloud cookie cups but a lot of flavours were out of stock. Two of my friends ordered the pumpkin cloud cookie cups and I ordered the Ube cloud cookie cup. The Ube wasn’t an authentic flavour or use of the Ube, you could barely taste it and it was quite small and not worth the amount that it was being sold for. I wouldn’t recommend trying Ube from here - as a Filipino, where Ube originates from, it is better that you try Ube from authentic Filipino brands like Mamasons to experience Ube properly. For the positives, I really enjoyed the Burnt Basque Cheesecake. This was extremely delicious and very well made. They shine more with their cake desserts than they do in other areas. I would come here again for the cake but not their cloud cookie cups.”

  “I had such a wonderful experience at Ovis Coffees and genuinely can’t recommend it enough. It’s a beautiful spot right in the centre of the city, yet it somehow feels calm, cosy, and thoughtfully designed – a proper little gem. The atmosphere is absolutely lovely. Every detail feels carefully considered, from the interior to the presentation. It’s the kind of place where you walk in and immediately feel like staying far longer than you planned. The dessert was simply outstanding. Honestly, one of the most delicious I’ve had in a long time – perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and clearly made with real care and attention. You can tell there’s genuine passion behind it. A special thank you to Nanna, who made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming – exactly the kind of service that makes a place memorable. All in all, this is a must-visit if you’re in the area. A stunning setting, incredible desserts, and a truly lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back again – without a doubt.”

  “Lovely and bright venue, cookie cup went viral a few months ago and I had to try it: the Ube one was decent but cup didn't seem to be made of cookie dough, much crunchier and tough, similar to a thick ice cream cone. On the other hand, they sell good single-origin beans for less than £8, recommended.”

  “I had been wanting to go to this place for a long time. Today I finally went, but was very disappointed. The pictures you see on their post or in the shop are different from what they serve. When we asked the server he said it was special promotion for Christmas. In which case they should change the pics or let us know its not going to be like what's in the picture. They had a big board outside the cafe, mentioning orange hot chocolate with fig. When asked he first said we no longer do it. When I mentioned why is the board outside he said we ran out of stock. The tiramisu coffee had just whipped cream with barely any flavour. None of us finished the coffees. It was a big disappointment and waste of money.”
