Customer Review Summary
Egg noodles are the most common order, with reviewers describing grilled duck, beef and chicken breast, and a choice of soya or sweet and sour sauce. Rice noodles with mixed seafood and a fried rice one diner calls the best halal version they have had in the UK follow close behind. Reviewers repeatedly praise the generous, filling portions and good value, with one saying leftovers covered another meal. Several appreciate that halal items and sauce ingredients are clearly signposted, and one notes the fast cooking keeps everything fresh and hot. Friendly staff and a warm, not fancy room come up too. The complaints are specific. Limited seating means it can get busy, and one reviewer found it too stuffy inside with the wok on full blast in summer heat, so took the food to go. Another found the udon with chicken katsu and prawns in teriyaki sauce disappointing, citing a thick, floury batter and stale-tasting prawns. A delivery driver reports being ignored at the counter, then cancelling and returning with a later pickup when the food was cold.

“Wok and Fire is a nice little restaurant with limited seating inside, so it can get busy. The food is really good—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Perfect for a quick Asian meal in London. Would recommend for those looking for tasty dishes in a cozy setting.”

“We arrive to the store they instead look there is a driver they ignore. They are peaking to customers. Looks that they are not interested doing deliveries. So easy i cancel and leave and next driver comes in 15 to 20 minutes when food is cold. Bad service in all aspects”
