  “There's the bow branch and leyton branch. I order from Bow as its more closer to me, and have had several times where the service was not good at all. Such as portions or overall food quality. I've ordered 3 loaded fries with 2 of them being decent and 1 of them appalling with lack of everything. Chicken sauce and chips. Smoke and pepper once used to be good but have degraded over time. Luckily I managed to get a refund through uber eats. But that does not change the outcome of this review. Please fix your portion sizes and overall quality of your food ,especially for online orders. The in-store experience and online is considerably different. We online customers are still your customers, we are the same as your in-store customers. So treat and value us equally.”

  “I had a fantastic experience at Smoke & Pepper Bow Branch. The food was amazing, especially the grilled chicken it was delicious, and I honestly think it’s even better than Nandos The spicy rice was also full of flavour and perfectly cooked. A special mention to the gentleman taking orders at the till. His customer service was outstanding. He was calm, polite, professional, and made every customer feel welcome. If I owned a business, I would hire someone like him without hesitation. He is a real asset to the team. I’m also attaching a photo of my receipt just to show that this is a genuine review based on my own experience.”

  “Always fantastic service! Having Irshad at the front is brilliant, he’s always welcoming, smiling, and provides excellent customer service every time. The food is consistently amazing and never disappoints. Big thanks to Irshad and the whole team for always looking after me and being so generous with the food and sauces. That’s exactly why I keep coming back as a loyal customer. Highly recommended!”

  “It was my first time ordering from here and genuinely I was amazed. I ordered the cheesy classic with wings + chips and when I tell you the burger was so delicious, juicy and just yummy. You’d normally expect restaurants to be stingy with the peri they put on the chips however you guys topped it off so well. The wings were so good, tasty and was literally falling off the bones 10/10. Would definitely recommend!”

  “One of the best places to grab a quick and tasty bite, from the packaging to the presentation and ofcourse the tantalising varieties of food, is nothing short of 'Exceptionally Delicious' for food that is fast and easy. The menue option is not overcomplicated yet a good variety and easy to choose from. I found the burgers especially tasty and even the sauces are of a higher quality to the usual fast food joints. Something I had noted was that their own branded sauces in the sachets had around a three month's shelf life from time of manufacturing, thus promoting higher quality and flavour intensity. They also endorse good hygiene levels/practices which is always a reassuring benefit; whereby staff are expected to wash/sanatise their hands every 12-15 minutes thus avoiding cross-contamination's of any sort and this is monitored by the proprietors via cctv camera's positioned to overlook the wash basin, and that is a much approved appreciated approach/adherence to upholding good hygiene levels and cleanliness. Customer service is also very much on point with a very competent and clued up Manager-(Arman) and his colleague-(Tauseef) who are very friendly and attentive. The price point is good for the standard they maintain and it is consistent, just the way I like it :)”

  “Visited with my wife today and the food was amazing and was served quick,fresh and hot. The price is really good for the quality and quantity you get. A item on our order was misunderstood and the order was re made free of charge and with no problems in a modified way which usually does not exist but they kindly suited it to our needs. Very happy with the service and delicious food will definitely be back especially for the Dubai kunafa cake.”

  “All the drinks we tried were 10/10 we all loved them. The food is great too and the service was excellent. I needed to make Isha prayer so I asked if I can use the corner, not only did he (one of the servers) instantly say yes, he told me where to face and even run to the back and got me a prayer mat. I will definitely be going back 💯”

  “I tried the Korean wings, Algerian wings, and the smash burger meal, and the whole experience was solid from start to finish. The Korean wings had a sweet and spicy glaze that sticks just enough without getting messy, and the flavor builds with every bite. The Algerian wings were completely different but just as good, with a spicy, tangy and smoky taste that keeps you going back for more. The smash burger meal delivered exactly what you expect from a good smash burger. The patty had crisp edges, the cheese melted perfectly into it, and the seasoning felt just right. The fries came out hot and fresh, not soft or stale, which made the meal even better. Service was quick, the staff were attentive, and the food arrived fresher than expected. The place was clean, comfortable to sit in and had a relaxed vibe even though people were coming and going. If you like wings packed with real flavor and a smash burger that truly delivers, this place is worth a visit. I would come back again just for the wings.”

  “Tried Smoke & Pepper for a quick takeaway and was pleasantly surprised! The food was hot, fresh, and came out pretty fast. We ordered a box of Bbq chicken tenders with sweet potato fries and Korean chicken tenders with spicy rice. The chicken tenders were nice but they were quite trashy, which meant that we didn’t really get to enjoy the tenders as much. The sweet potato fries were bang on and tasted amazing. The spicy rice was really nice, but it wasn’t spicy (not that I’m complaining), it is definitely worth getting both the fries and the rice. Everything was packed well for takeaway, and still hot when it arrived. I really like the takeaway boxes they are aesthetically pleasing and efficient. Another thing to mention is the cutlery that came with our order was plastic forks, which is way better than the wooden ones. That said, it’s a solid choice for a quick, satisfying meal, and I’ll definitely be ordering or hopefully visiting Smoke & Pepper to try a few more things from the menu.”
