About Vault 139
Vault 139 is a gay bar on Whitfield St in London, close to Warren Street tube, with entry through the basement level. It opens daily and runs themed nights, with a dress code that the venue enforces strictly. Some nights are strictly naturist, so visitors can plan around which kind of evening they want. Past the entrance, everything sits on a single floor. The space holds a large bar and about ten cabins, and the venue has two restrooms. Visitors wear a wristband once inside. Dogs are welcome.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers describe a cruising bar with just the right amount of sleaze, a friendly and relaxed vibe, and a crowd of locals, tourists, younger and older guys, though one notes most visitors seem 30+. Friendly, helpful staff come up most often, and one reviewer says a bartender knew exactly which drink they needed. Diners also mention the cabins, the large bar, the cloakroom and some strictly naturist nights. A Sunday DJ set drew praise for great background music and a safe, polite atmosphere, and another reviewer found a great crowd on a Thursday evening. Cleanliness splits opinion. Two reviewers call the venue very clean, while one gave a lower rating because they felt hygiene standards should be higher. Another had a bad encounter with a staff member at the coat check, despite finding the bartenders sweet. Several describe afforadable drinks and a bar so busy later in the evening that there is no room to stand. One reviewer who lost their wristband found the staff fantastic about it.

“This place is really hot! Located on a small street in central London, you enter via the basement level. Everything else is on a single floor, featuring a handy cloakroom and a large bar. Some nights are strictly naturist. There are about ten cabins, so most of the action happens with other guys around. The vibe is friendly and relaxed (yet spicy), with all kinds of guys—tall, average, or short; locals and tourists (like me!), muscular or not; young or older; from diverse backgrounds; and sporting styles ranging from jeans and sportswear to more specific looks! There are also two restrooms. The guys here certainly aren't shy...”

“Just the right amount of sleaze, mostly friendly staff, though had a bad encounter with one in the coat check and sweet bartenders. A must if you want to experience London at its naked best. Very close to warren street tube. Exit through warren street turnstiles, turn right, then first left turn. Not flashy or outwardly showing its true glory”
