About The Nest
At the top of Treehouse Hotel London, The Nest is a rooftop lounge bar at 14-15 Langham Pl in Oxford Circus, with 360-degree views over London. DJs play from their own treehouse fort, so the music sits at the center of the room for anyone settling in with a drink. The indoor lounge is filled with green foliage and natural materials. The drinks list leans on market-driven cocktails, and the bar bites take their inspiration from the tree and use local ingredients. Wine and beer are also on the list for those who want something simpler. Orders can be placed with the floor team or at the bar. A welcome desk at the entrance greets guests as they arrive.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers split on The Nest, and the 360-degree rooftop views, especially at sunset, are the most consistent draw, with the cocktails praised as delicious by several happy guests and one corporate party also citing delicious food. Positive reviews describe friendly, attentive staff who supplied blankets and a heater on a cold terrace, and one reviewer suggests booking in advance. The complaints centre on service. Several say no one brought menus or took orders, with one waiting over 30 minutes and another going to the bar themselves, where a service fee was still added. One group's magnum of sparkling wine could not be opened and was taken away with no apology. Another says a 90 minute booking was cut short despite empty tables. Floor staff are called rude and disinterested, and a few find the drinks small, poor in taste or unlike the menu photos, with one citing the high price. One reviewer also found the outdoor table worn and left beside uncleared glasses. A recurring detail is a bill-time rush of attention that was missing earlier.

“Had such a lovely evening at The Nest! The views over London are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The cocktails were delicious, the atmosphere was elegant but relaxed, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the evening, especially Joshua!! Thank you so much Joshua!! It's the perfect spot for drinks with friends or a special occasion. Would definitely come back!”

“Hard pass. Venue is nice and views are cool, but service is not great and the price vs quality is way off. Charge less or be better. Arrived for our book, made yo wait 15 minutes, despite empty tables. Some of the tables stayed empty the whole time we were there. After we had been given a table and settled down, finished our drinks we asked about food. Told we only had 40 minutes left and couldnt unless we went inside. We decided to not do either, to get food after. They told us we had to go, or move inside, 10 minutes before end of booking. So 90 minutes booked, became 65 minutes. Despite empty tables the whole time. The bar staff seemed ok, but floor staff were rude and disinterested and seemed to just want people to go away. Shan't be going back.”

“We had our corporate office party at this bar, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were expertly crafted—beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. Every detail exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Emilio and Vincenzo, who made our evening truly memorable. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail ensured that everyone in our group felt welcome and well looked after throughout the event. The service, atmosphere, food, and drinks all came together to create the”

“Would give 0 stars if I could. Made it up to the roof and were shown to a table where our server promptly left - no drinks menu, no advice on how to order. Waited 10 minutes and nobody came to the table so I went to the bar. Ordered 2 drinks which looked nothing like what was pictured in the menu - minimum effort put in by the bar staff. And to top it off, I got charged a £5 Service fee for the pleasure of having to go to the bar and get my own drink! Will not be going back.”

“I had an absolutely fantastic visit to The Nest at the top of Treehouse Hotel London in Oxford Circus. The venue itself is stunning, with an incredible rooftop atmosphere and amazing views, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service from Chyna and Ellie. From the moment we arrived, they were both warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive. They struck the perfect balance between being professional and personable, making us feel completely looked after without ever being overbearing. Their attention to detail, friendly energy and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire visit feel special. Chyna and Ellie are both a real credit to The Nest and the Treehouse Hotel. Outstanding hospitality can completely transform an experience, and they did exactly that. I cannot praise them highly enough and will absolutely be returning. Thank you both for such memorable and excellent service!”
