Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the bartenders and their cocktails, with several praising friendly, quick service behind the bar and good drink recommendations. Close behind is the live music, where audience-chosen songs are played by resident musicians. Early evening is described as a quieter set of two pianos, while by 9pm a full band plays everything from Green Day to Alicia Keys. One reviewer calls the singers really good, and another credits the security team with making them feel safe. Table service and a booth beside the dance floor also draw praise, along with a bottle of wine reviewers call decent for London. The food and drinks are called mediocre by one reviewer, though the two-hour bottomless brunch is called reasonably priced. Complaints are mostly about seating. One group waited for their table and was first offered a smaller one before a bigger table was arranged, and another notes some tables are tucked away with no view of the stage. One reviewer also found the early happy hour quiet. A food order mix-up at happy hour was fixed with complimentary drinks.

“I have never been hosted a bar before like I have been at piano bar with Jimmy. He is an example of impeccable service and entertainment. I am going to bring everyone I know from New Zealand to this bar because I had such an incredible experience. Even. If I’m hungover”

“Very nice live music club! The house band was incredible, featuring truly professional musicians. The female singer and piano player was absolutely amazing! It's totally worth a visit. We were also impressed by the security team; they did an excellent job and made us feel very safe throughout the night. We will definitely come back next time we are on holiday in London.”

“We went to Piano Works Farringdon as a group and overall had a nice time. Booking was easy and everything seemed well organised before we arrived. We did have to wait a little for the table, and at first they tried to seat us at a smaller one, saying the drinks table is not always seated. After a bit of back and forth they sorted a bigger table for us, which was appreciated. The place itself is really nice and quite spacious. One thing to keep in mind – you cannot see the stage from every table, some are a bit tucked away (not like Piano Works Covent Garden where the view is better). Music was great though, really good singers and a fun atmosphere. Service was good as well. I still prefer the other venue, but it is nice to try somewhere different.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had such an amazing experience thanks to Verone! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome and looked after. Her energy behind the bar is unmatched – friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what she does. The cocktails were absolutely perfect, beautifully presented and tasted incredible. He gave great recommendations and really took the time to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Even when it was busy, he stayed calm, quick, and attentive. Verone truly made our night special. If you’re visiting, definitely hope she's behind the bar – you won’t be disappointed! 🍸✨”
