  “We visited during the day-group of adults & children. The service was terrible-there were 3 staff that I could see but only 1 was serving but it was just so slow-I asked if she wanted me to wait for my drinks or if they will be brought to the table-she said she would bring to the table. About 5-10 mins went by to realise my drinks were left on the bar. We ordered food-which took longer than expected to come-everything was cold. All I can imagine is that the food was left waiting for one of the bar staff to come for it. All of our meals were cold. The toilet is outside up stairs & you have to pay to use which is ridiculous. They seemed to be too busy chatting behind the bar. Such a shame as it’s a great place & has such great potential.”

  “We were walking past and the vibe from outside was amazing, so we were really looking forward to going in. Unfortunately, the atmosphere inside left us feeling quite disappointed. We were charged £42 at the bar for two single drinks and two shots. When we questioned the price, we were told they had been charged as doubles, despite us clearly seeing that a single shot was poured. This was very disappointing and felt misleading. The girl walking around with the shots was also extremely rude and dismissive when we asked about the offer where you receive a free shot for posting a story on Instagram. She said she would check whether the offer was still valid, but never came back to us. She continued to walk past us with full on attitude! Thankfully, Alena completely turned the situation around and made the rest of the night a success. She was friendly, attentive and genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. She is a real asset to the team and deserves recognition for her customer service. Overall, the initial experience was disappointing, but Alena’s effort made a huge difference to our night.”

  “We attended as a group of 12, 01 Aug. Our sitting for our "bottomless" brunch. 1st drink took half an hour to arrive. We tried ordering 2 rounds at a time for the next drink. Then tried ordering 4! As the service was so slow. Our drinks were arriving at random times. When we tried ordering our waitress was on stage and we were told we cannot from anyone else. Drinks were NOT bottomless. The food again definitely not bottomless, couldn't even ask for what we wanted! We got 4 pizzas between 12 and that was it and we all left hungry! Whilst the stage girls worked hard, the rest was diabolical. Then there is the toilet issue. There are none within the venue. You have to go outside to the public toilets, queue for at least 20 minutes each time and pay £1! If you anyone is thinking of booking, DON'T! We have had a better time at real bottomless brunches for half the money!”

  “My friends and I came to Coyote Ugly on 27 June for a hen party package, which involved an hours line dancing class followed by bottomless brunch. It was an unbearably hot day during the U.K. heatwave which couldn’t be helped but the venue had no air con, which didn’t help either! Ryley was our dance instructor for the line dancing class and they were brilliant! So down to earth, friendly and a good laugh we had the routine down in no time. Unfortunately, that’s where the good service really ended. We had to wait a while to be sat as despite having a start time, others were in our booths. Our waitress was lovely but the actual service was quite poor; our first round of drinks took over 25 minutes to arrive despite being directly opposite the bar and some of us paid a £10 upgrade for cocktails which were no more than glorified fruit juice (typical of London chains, however). The real issue was with the pizzas for brunch; the choice is actually extremely limited and poor, basically being margherita, “tex mex” (margherita with dollops of guacamole and crushed tortilla chips on top), vegan margherita or pepperoni. Our booth seemed to get an overwhelming amount of pizzas but the booth with the bride in (who was very noticeable) didn’t get any of their pizzas until the last 30 minutes of the experience, despite us asking and feeding them ours. One of our party is also gluten free and her pizza didn’t arrive until the last 20 minutes. You could tell the girls who work there were really trying their best but the whole system left a lot to be desired and as is usual with gimmick bars, the expected standard fell below par. An overall average experience which could be fixed with a proper system”

  “By far the best bottomless brunch ive ever been to! Was so much fun, not too crowded and we got to dance on the bar which is every girls dream! Waitress was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Dancers and singers were amazing too. Will defo go back again! 👌”

  “Rarely seen bar with such live dance performances on the top of the bar plot , American style with scarcely dressed girls dancing erotically on the western hard rock music. Amusement is great and not to be seen anywhere else . Drinks and food. No under 18 years old. Suitable for wheel chairs. Night out little gem. Not to be missed.”

  “A unique place to enjoy your food or drinks, with distinctive décor. The whole concept—from the service to the decoration and even the entertainment—reminds you of the famous movie. The atmosphere is so engaging that you feel like joining in the live country dancing and singing. An unforgettable experience. Definitely worth a visit!”

  “We booked the bottomless brunch for my birthday, and it did not disappoint! We got there a bit earlier than the time we'd booked for and we were seated before the booking time which was great. It was bottomless prosecco, beer or cider, but we upgraded to the cocktail menu for £10 each. Even when we hadn't completely finished our drinks, our waitress was coming over and asking if we wanted refills. The food was lovely and was served very quickly. There were games and dances which were very fun. Although our group and other groups getting up, you can enjoy the experience without getting involved. This was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend!!”

  “A bar full of fun and dancing waitresses. Service was a little slow, but given they were dancing you can forgive that. Love the way they engage with the crowd and get them up dancing also.”
