“Sarah was phenomenal! She deserves a promotion and raise plus extra annual leave. Very warm and friendly yet professional and accommodating. The was unexpected delays on our train Journey for axe throwing so by the time we got there we was left with 10 mins. Sarah pulled a few strings and got us on the darts instead. Delivered our food promptly at a good temperature. Drinks had a really good ice ratio. She really paid attention to the little things which can be quite challenging in London hospitality. Because of her we look to visit again with our group of friends.”

“We had an amazing time at Boom Battle Bar, made even better by Toni! From the moment we arrived, Toni was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience. Their positive attitude, great sense of humour, and excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel valued as customers. It’s rare to come across someone who is so attentive and passionate about making sure everyone has a great time. A huge thank you to Toni for making our visit so enjoyable. They’re a real credit to the team, and we’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Great set of games, I was here on a company gathering and we played electronic darts & mini golf. There were a few more games like axe throwing and ball hoop. The service and people are fantastic my only kind of complaint would be their AC is very weak considering it's a physical activity and on a hot day it was not pleasant experience.”
