  “A bit confusing if you havent been there before , the kids cheese toast is not from the fridge , just in case they send you away like they have done with me🤦‍♀️ also long wait in the queue,so I didnt give in and went back where my queue was! and longer wait for food as I have experienced today and told by others there. There is also a sign to say how long for food. Good place for a catch up i say, it is nice just having one person serving customers is not ideal, and when others appeared, it was even more confusing as 3 people were dealing with one order 🤦‍♀️maybe something to work on. I defo be back , kids eat for free, so overall I paid £4.20 for my soup with bread roll , kids meal woth drink and snack. My toast soup was very peppery which I like , not sure if others would like it though. I was hoping and read on my face like a beetroot 🤣”

  “We visit Pausa Llanelli at least twice a week. Lovely coffee, reasonably priced. If my granddaughter is with me her child's meal deal is free if you spend £4, absolute bargain. I had the best Jacket potato ever last week, prepared and served by Louise. The Baristas, serve our latte extra hot, just as we like it. Thanks to Gareth, Meg, and the other staff.”

  “Twice in one week have had HORRENDOUS experience. First time I ordered a breakfast and waited twenty minutes until I had to get up and ask where my food was. They had forgotten about me and ran out of hash browns. I left after 30mins with no breakfast. Second time I ordered a breakfast again and after paying the manager shouted “we haven’t got any baps”. Imagine the horror on my face after they even messed up the refund. Won’t go back! Worst place I’ve ever ATTEMPTED to have food.”
