  “Great place for Swansea for healthy high protein, high fiber options. Good salad selection, and nice inside. Lemon and honey dressing in particular is very tasty. Staff is very pleasant too. Since it's healthy lunch spot would be good to have nutritional info.”

  “I like to come here often with my partner, and the staff are always super friendly and give us recommendations aligned with our dietary restrictions and preferences. Service is always super quick, and the bowls themselves are always really delicious and filling. 🫐”

  “Popped in for a matcha this afternoon. It was really delicious and they offer a god variety of flavours. Menu seems quite exciting, with plenty of healthy options - with decent prices. Very modern interior. Unfortunately, service faltered a little as server seemed stressed. The first thing said to us was that it would be a few minutes before taking our order (it wasn’t, thankfully). We chose to pay cash, but it was assumed we would pay card - which the server corrected when we pointed it out. Overall, a nice spot with good products at reasonable prices. Definitely recommend giving it a go.”

  “Manifest is my go-to place to eat in town. I love that there is now a healthy place to get lunch. Salads are amazing- so fresh and brilliant choices. My favourite though are the açai bowls- omg, soooo good and loads of topping options😋 100% recommend. Oh, and service is fab and friendly too 🙌”

  “🫐 I am a Manifest addict. Such a delight to have this in Swansea. The venue is gorgeous and really feels like an experience, not rushed or transactional. 💛 The staff are adorable. Shout out to Tia and Andrew. And the owners clearly work incredibly hard and care deeply about quality and standards. 🥣 But (sorry humans)… the real star is the açaí bowls. OMG. Exceptional. You can tell the research has been done, with influences taken from the owners’ global travels. It really shows in the flavour and quality. Love it.”

  “Really lovely food! - I’ve followed manifest on insta for quite a long time now, finally managed to get down to try it today and really really enjoyed it! We had an açai bowl which was absolutely beautiful, it was sooo smooth and wonderfully presented but the highlight was it was so tasty! the ingredients were all fresh and just really good quality, I’ve been to few places where they use frozen fruit but it was definitely fresh and good. Myself and my partner I both got a medium salad bowl each. They were amazing to be fair, they were really good sized portions and the salad was perfect, really filling but not in that gah I feel crap now way, but in the man I really enjoyed that, I feel great now way. Definitely a 10/10 and cannot wait to go back. Quick mention to the staff working today as well, they were really friendly and informative and really welcoming!”

  “This place was an excellent choice for a brunch! We tried açai bowl and salmon protein bowl. Everything tasted super fresh and we loved the salmon bowl a lot with a good generous portion of the delicious verges and salmon. It was also reasonable for the portions that they service. Açai was perfect as a breakfast bowl but also as a dessert.”
