About The Pantry Cafe
The Pantry Cafe is a small cafe in Lincoln on Grantham Rd, where the lunch soups change each day and include vegan choices. Customer Review Summary
Friendly staff come up in nearly every review, described as welcoming and attentive, with one server even opening the door for a customer whose hands were full of drinks. The food is a close second draw, and jacket potatoes stand out, filled with coronation chicken or served with salad and a generous helping of beans. Others praise a filling full English, fresh scones, a bacon roll made to order, a cheeseburger with chips, and lunch soups that change daily and include vegan choices. Cakes get repeated mention, and a couple of reviewers take slices home. The room is described as small, clean and warm, with quick service. The drawbacks are practical. One reviewer says it gets very noisy when busy because of all the hard surfaces, and notes there is no car park and street parking can be difficult. One customer buying two slices of cake to take home was told to warm them up and serve them with ice cream.

“Popped in here to grab some coffees and a bacon roll. The place was really clean, food made to order, and really friendly staff. I took my drinks to go but there was plenty of seating available and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The lady serving me was really helpful, even coming to open the door for me when I had my hands full”
