“This place exceeded all expectations. We ordered their special cheesy prawns, steak prego roll and short ribs- everything hit the spot! The meat was tender and well flavoured and everything was presented very well. The place was cosy and good for dining in.”

“Mouth-wateringly good food. 2nd time coming and even better. Prawns were everyone’s favourite. We were3 couples and we all got the sharing platter. Great portion size. Wish this business all the best hope they can move to larger premises. Only minus is the cash only policy… get with the times or it will catch up with you.”

“We came here on the recommendation of some friends, and it certainly lived up to the hype. Our first impression was that it was a small, cosy restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff who quickly showed us to our table. We ordered the Ozzy's Garlic Butter Prawns with Chips and Rice and the Ozzy's Big Platter. The restaurant was busy, so there was a bit of a wait, but it's worth bearing in mind that good food takes time, and in this case, it was definitely worth it. The Garlic Butter Prawns arrived first. The prawns were perfectly cooked, plump, and well seasoned, served generously with chips and fried rice. The chips had become a little soggy from the gravy, but the rice was packed with flavour and was absolutely delicious. Next came the Ozzy's Big Platter, which included peri peri prawns, chicken, and lamb chops. The lamb chops were the standout item of the meal. Smoky, tender, juicy, and full of flavour, they're an absolute must-try. The chicken was also well cooked and tasty, and the prawns were enjoyable too. My only slight criticism was that the prawns on the Big Platter tasted very similar to the Garlic Butter Prawns. I wasn't sure whether the intended flavours had been mixed up, as I expected a more noticeable difference between the two dishes. Overall, this was a very enjoyable meal. Friendly service, excellent food, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a great dining experience. I'd happily recommend Ozzy's to anyone looking for a quality meal, and I'd definitely return.”

“A fabulous hole in the wall restaurant with the most satisfying food. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.”

“Food was freshly served and decent. Flame grilled fayre. Pizzas were our fav, also Prego roll was ok. The Grilled Chicken was samey like elsewhere. The fillet steak we ordered was cut too thick for our liking. And the prawns were ok, rather spicy for our palette, rather give it a pass and order at specialist prawn restaurant. Service by the 2 ladies was really friendly.”

Customer Review Summary
The caveats are specific. One reviewer found the gazebo chicken a bit dry and needed extra sauce, another thought the fillet steak was cut too thick, and a third found the grilled chicken samey. The prawns were rather spicy for a couple of diners, and one noted the Big Platter prawns tasted much like the garlic butter ones. Cash only is flagged as a downside by more than one reviewer, and several say the small room fills up and hope for larger premises. One reviewer suggests booking a table, while another calls parking very difficult.
