  “Had 2 x grilled chicken which tasted okay. One was moist and juicy and other one was over cooked and dry. Unfortunately both chickens were swimming in at least a centimetre of oil/butter which we had to drain first. I thought grilled was supposed to be healthy option with no oil. Not sure if anyone actually eats that amount of oil but it was a ridiculous amount. However the chips were good.”

  “Today I had the pleasure of trying the charcoal grilled chicken and garlic prawns and they were truly exceptional. The chicken had a delightful smoky aroma from the charcoal grill and was cooked to perfection tender succulent and full of flavor. The garlic prawns were equally impressive, infused with a rich garlic essence and perfectly seasoned. Everything tasted fresh and exquisitely prepared. Highly recommended.”

  “I ordered cheese loaded fries from Maryland grill and we are a regular customer of this restaurant. This is not the first time we are trying this. However they have made it very bad. Taste was really bad. Fries were not cooked properly. Chicken added on it was very lesss. Cheese was out of syllabus. Please maintain your taste or else start loosing your customers. Thank you.”

  “I usually come here to get my prawns, which have been good but I feel the taste or method of preparation has changed. The prawn is not tender but a bit hard which suggests its been overcooked. Please go back to your original method of preparation.the flavour does not penetrate the prawn.”

  “I recently ordered the 6-piece grilled chicken wings meal with fries and a cola from Maryland Grill, and honestly, I was disappointed. While three of the wings were fresh and tasted great, two of them seemed stale, which was really unexpected from a place like this. I had higher expectations, given their reputation. I even called to complain, but the experience left me feeling let down. Consistency is key, and I hope they improve their quality control.”

  “The tragedy that came to be Maryland grill. We ordered the hot grilled chicken, charcoal wings and some chips. The chicken itself was absolutely rubber and dry even the thigh. This chicken had no flavour the spices where all over the chicken but couldn't rescue this dead bird. The portion size was good but unfortunatly inedible. 3.5/10 I would also like to point out that the chilli oil was literally chillis in oil, they had no decency to add salt to the hot oil let alone all the usual hot oil seasonings. 1/10 Hot wings. The wings where juicy and portion was very good. However this was also contaminated with the same oil that ruined the whole chicken. 4/10 Chips. These chips where the nail in the coffin. Devoid of seasoning and texture. Opening the packaging and seeing these inside almost left me depressed. 2/10 Conclusion. This was not a very good meal at all. I would rather spend a little more somewhere else if it means I can get better tasting food. I will not be coming back. Overall 2.9/10”

  “The chicken burger was grilled to perfection, crispy yet tender. Chiken burger was succulent & delicious. The fries bit thick and not propery cooked. I would recommend this food place.”

  “Great fresh, fast HMC Halal food. Loaded chips as well as chicken burger were awesome. The burger was good size for £5. The small loaded fries were very good size and portion for £4.50. Recommended to try out, especially in the evenings, when the Portuguese chef is working. Staff are kind and polite!”

  “An ultimate chicken delight in Leicester! Exquisitely cooked chicken, accompanied by a luscious buttery sauce. Prawns were cooked to perfection too. Experienced this delightful place while on holiday from Abu Dhabi-looking forward to experiencing this taste again on my next visit!”
