Customer Review Summary
Beef ribs mandi is the dish reviewers return to most, described as delicious, with tender meat, flavourful rice and a massive portion. Close behind are the lamb mandi, the chicken kabsa and a mixed mandi platter whose meat falls right off the bone. Diners also name the chicken wings, a zingy fattoush, fresh calamari and a chicken shish taouf that was soft rather than dry. Desserts earn their own praise, including kunafa, luqaimat that was not overly sweet, and a warm, freshly made areeka. Reviewers describe friendly, patient staff and food that arrives quickly. Some note the option of sitting on the floor in dedicated booths. The complaints are modest. One reviewer found the chicken madbhi dry, one called service a bit slow on a busy evening, and a party of over 20 hit a couple of minor hiccups that were resolved quickly. Several mention complimentary extras, including lamb bone broth, soup, lemonade, dates with refills, and tea at the end of the meal.

“An Incredible Feast with Fantastic Service! We had a wonderful dining experience at Khaleej Mandi! A special shout out to Rajshree and Taran, who were great, their customer service was very good, making us feel so welcome and comfortable. The food came out really quickly and was absolutely delicious. We ordered calamari, which was fresh and delicious and the mixed Mandi platter and the meat was cooked to absolute perfection; it just fell right off the bone and melted in your mouth. The portions were very generous too! To top it all off, the desserts were amazing. We had the luqaimat and kunafa, and the best part was that they were not overly sweet. Overall, it was a fantastic meal from start to finish. I would highly recommend Khaleej Mandi and would definitely come back soon!”

“Go here for ultra-authentic Yemeni dishes, served with obvious pride. Staff were knowledgeable and enthusiastic for their oroduct, there's the option to dine at table or on the floor in dedicated booths. The price was frankly a steal for the quality and quantity of food on offer. All in all, absolutely a 5 out of 5 score.”
