“What was once fabulous has gone seriously down hill. We used to eat from here very often, dine in and take away. The food was always good and never really had any issues. Although last night was very different. One burger was brought out barely hot and the soured cream that was ordered to go with that meal was rancid. A tub of chilli sauce was provided to top nacho's instead of salsa, and the soured cream for that, also rancid and not edible. The chicken wrap was brought out cold, you could clearly see the chicken was pink in the middle still- cooking it on an iron would have been more effective than what they used. The young man we spoke to about the issues was very well mannered, professional and efficient. He was quick to get hold of the manager for us and apologised profusely for the issues. We did speak to the manager, that at first didn’t have a great attitude, but then did come back out to apologise. Very sad to see the standards have slipped. No longer a family favourite.”

“Don't get delivery. Burger was cold, and apparently this slushy mess is a sundae. Diabolical Edit to add that my order was wrong, sundae contained kinder bueno when it should have been malteasers”

“Living in Bingley and to order on just eat for 1 meal was just unreal, rang directly and was told they dont deliver to my address unless over £25.....after on hold for a few seconds was told delivery fee of £2.50. Saved me almost £10 ordering direct than with Justeat. Thank you so so much 🌟 fantastic customer service going above and beyond!”

“I visited Coco Desserts and ordered a milkshake. When I went to collect it, the staff member asked for £6. I handed him £10 respectfully. When he returned with my milkshake, instead of handing me my change, he threw the £4 change onto the counter. I found this rude and unprofessional and felt disappointed by the customer service. I hope staff can treat customers more respectfully in the future. I hope they learn how to deal with costumers.”
