“Very disappointed with today's order. The chicken and chips were burnt. I am a regular but standards have obviously dropped. Update 17/03/2026. Always order the coleslaw from here. Today I noticed straightaway that they put supermarket coleslaw in and the longer date than usual was also a giveaway. If you guys are going to do this to your regular customers and still charger £2.50 for a 80p coleslaw them we will just go to thrill and grill down the road with our money.”
