  “We used to eat here (Hounslow west) as a family all the time when it was dine in. And it was the best place around by far. I recently came back to the area, and decided to get food. The place has either changed ownership, or they no longer care. I have to say It has gone downhill. The quality , that taste, The staff. The Paneer is rubbery. The Gobi Manchurian has no texture to it, and is very vinegary. It’s like mash-I wonder if they’re using frozen, because the inside is not hot at all. And the dhal is not as thick as it used to be. It tastes okay. But just okay. I am shocked by how awful the food is, compared to what it used to be”

  “Quality declined like anything. Used to visit Chini Chor several years back where the quality was good. But recent days utterly poor their food quality is. Ordered samosas in bulk to give it to school and children. When distributed samosas everyone complied it is extremely spicy and they felt sick. We tasted it and felt the same. Felt taste of raw red chilli powder and whole coriander seeds. Chutney provided was too spicy too except the imily chutney. Not going to order hearafter to them. I can understand why they stopped serving food there. With this poor quality they are better to do only sweets and not any other food.”

  “I order faluda the staff in was rubbish..service was even worst ....also order chat papri...no chatni dry i am giving one star they dont even deserve that....waste of money.....don't waste your hard earned money there”

  “I had a great takeaway experience. I took Vada pav,Spicy mushrooms,Parathas,Panner tikka roll and some sweets.The food was tasty and well prepared. Everything was properly packed and warm when I received it.The flavours were really good and the portions size was satisfying.Overall I m very happy with the quality and service.I would definitely visit again.”

  “I orderd punjabi samosa chaat and paneer Dosa which was really delicious . Excellent food — everything was prepared exactly the way we requested. I really appreciate the welcoming staff and excellent services of the restaurant. Highly recommended for indian food.”

  “I ordered aalu paratha and chilli paneer. parathas were crispy and well-cooked, with a delicious, flavorful filling. It was served hot and pickle, making it a satisfying and comforting meal. Great taste and value for money and the customer service was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Staff greeted me politely and took my order efficiently. They were attentive without being intrusive, and the waiting time was reasonable. However, there was a slight delay in serving, but the staff handled it professionally and apologized. Overall, the service was positive and made the experience enjoyable.”

  “I came onto google reviews to give my honest review today, seems like a lot of people have an issue with their service and food quality! I have been visiting this place for many many years and have been a loyal customer as I like to support local businesses. I went in today and ordered a couple items off their menu one of which was a small papri chaat. I asked the lady serving me to prepare the chaat as I was going to have it straight away in my car. Whilst eating the chaat mid way I had noticed there was a thick black hair which made me so sick and I decided to go back and show the ladies in Chin chor. when I went in to show the ladies at the counter I was accused by a very annoying , disrespectful woman who started to accuse me saying that I put the strand of hair inside the chaat? At that point I couldn't stop myself from laughing at her ignorance and stupidity and how foolish she looked. such bad customer service and since when is it okay to accuse a customer when the customer has a genuine issue with the food? For £3 I was going to pull a strand of my own hair and put it inside the food. I was so frustrated that I walked out. The lady did eventually offer to make me another one but I mean after being accused and having my complaint dealt with so badly does she really think I even want to stand another moment in their shop. This will be the last time I or my family ever visit or spend our money at this rubbish place. I will be taking my business elsewhere and by looking at the reviews online seems like they actually don't give a toss about the quality of their food or their customer service. Good Riddance P.S if I could I would rate this place -1 , as it does not even deserve a single star from us.”

  “I had a very disappointing experience at Chini Chor. I ordered papri chaat and very clearly asked for the papri to be kept separate, not mixed with the potato, onions, or chutney, as I needed to serve it later to guests. I repeated this request several times, and they explicitly agreed and said they would make it exactly as requested. When I got home, I discovered they had completely mixed the papri with the onions and potato, making it soggy and unusable. This was incredibly frustrating, especially as I had been very clear and they had confirmed multiple times. When I called the shop to explain, instead of apologising, they argued with me, insisted they had done nothing wrong, and told me to come all the way back to return the food. I was shouted at on the phone and received horrible customer service, with no attempt to take responsibility, compensate, or resolve the issue properly. On top of that, I had also ordered samosas and asked to swap the yoghurt sauce for imli. Again, they agreed, but when I arrived, they had already put the yoghurt in the bag and only corrected it after I reminded them again. Other places are happy to serve food the way you ask and even charge a small extra fee (around £2) for imli without any issue. This place couldn’t even follow basic instructions they agreed to, and then blamed the customer. Avoid this shop if you value your time, money, and being treated with basic respect.”

  “Excellent place to have authentic Indian snacks and sweets. The food served is fresh and prepared after placing your order. Staff are very helpful with their guidance and explain everything that you need to know about food items. They have boxed items and food hampers to take away too. The prices are also reasonable and their tea is amazing! Parking can be a huge problem. So please use public transport or get here if you have multiple shops to visit. Also, they only do takeaways. You cannot order food to ear there.”
