The complaints are specific. One reviewer found the original tenders very sweet despite being described as mild or hot, with cold, microwaved-tasting food, and said only the ranch sauce was good. Another, who sat outside, heard a staff member shouting rudely at a colleague to go and clean, and called that unpleasant for customers. Even so, several reviewers say they plan to come back.
