  “Absolutely loved Hot Bird! The chicken burger was incredible — crispy, juicy and packed with flavour. The seasoning and sauces were on point, and the waffle fries were seriously good too. 🔥🍗 The staff were friendly and the whole experience was great. Easily one of the best fried chicken spots I’ve tried in Hounslow. Definitely worth a visit — I’ll be coming back! 🙌”

  “Horrible - no idea why people like this. Super oily fillet and coating was just full of red chillies. No flavour at all - even the sauce was just meh. Isn't cheap either - £8 for burger and fries, you're better off with a local chicken shop.”

  “Really disappointed with my recent experiences here. This place used to be one of my favourites, with consistently good food and welcoming staff, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I've been in twice over the past few months of months, both times just after midday. On each visit there were delivery orders left at the front while no one seemed to be there. The first time I was told food wouldn't be available until 2pm, and on the second visit which was today I couldn't find any staff at all. After the same thing happened twice, it's hard to see it as a one-off. Sadly, that's enough for me to never come back.”

  “Best Fried Chicken Burger I Have Tried! Tried Hot Birds in Hounslow and it seriously impressed. The Nashville-style chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavour, with just the right amount of heat. The burger was well put together, filling, and properly satisfying. Easily one of the best fried chicken burgers I’ve had, highly recommend.”

  “Truly one of the best nashville style chicken burgers I've tried. Though they dont have spice levels to their dunk, I asked them for lil extra spice and they did just that. Perfectly fried crispy chicken breast tucked between soft buns and perfect creamy sauce to go along. In my suggestion they could add options for spice levels and pickles or jalapeños to go along. Overall a very satisfying burger!”

  “I usually visit this burger store with my family, but my recent experience was disappointing. The staff seem new and untrained, especially in how the burgers are wrapped, which made them messy to eat. Customer time management needs improvement. As for the food, the flavour was average as there wasn't enough sauce and the fillet was quite oily. I hope these issues are addressed soon and would like to see better service in the future.”

  “Wow! This place was definitely worth the trip! I read all the great reviews before I went, and can confirm that the food was amazing! The flavours are awesome - the spice level is just right. The hot honey compliments the burger and waffle fries perfectly, and the chicken itself is huge and tasty. Well worth the money. We had to wait around 15 minutes for our food, but this was communicated to us, so we were more than happy to wait, and this just shows how popular this place is during the busy periods. Special mention to Sandip for looking after us. Thank you so much! We will be back for sure.”

  “Just finished eating this. Burger was delicious. A little bit spicy but I’d order again. The fries were lovely but could have done with being a bit crispier. The sauce was amazing! Didn’t have to wait long for the food as I arrived not longer after it had opened. I would recommend asking for the fries to be cooked for longer and they would be perfect.”
